I never liked the KOF games. They were always boring and crap to me. VF is a fighting game series I never liked either. Although balanced it really boring. Now a new Darkstalkers game would be awesome.

please go on about this statement, cause I too have the same exact feelings. I think I might be spoiled because of how good 2 was, and now it's just going off into some corny direction.

I pretty much feel the same way. SCII was my favorite aside from the original PSX Soul Edge (Lime green Mitsurugi jumpsuit, anyone? Hella lulzy, and amazing soundtrack...you've got to get the edge of soul to carry on, bro!) aside from the stupidity of having Link as a guest character. It played great, everyone had amazing moves, and it was extremely fun and the story hadn't quite gotten ridiculous. Now, V has all these 'younger, sexier (despite being underage), better' versions of a lot of the cast as the 'new generation'... it's kinda lame. Plus a lot of my favorite side characters aren't coming back (Shura! Grr), as well as one of my favorite non-side characters, Seong Mina. Yet, somehow, Hilde has made the cut. :/

I are disappoint.

Street Fighter x Tekken, more than likely. I think the roster could be a little better, but I like that it will feature Tekken's costume customization mode. Good move.

Soul Calibur V, just because I like the series.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2, assuming it releases on 360. If its Playstation-exclusive, then I'll unfortunately miss out on what looks like a fighter of the year title.

From what I've heard, Taki's still in 5. Cassandra and Sophitia, however, aren't.
 
I think the only other fighting game I'm interested in is the Persona 4 fighting game they announced awhile ago. Still waiting for a release date but they said some time around 2012.
 
Will likely get anything MK9 related, will probably get SSF IV 2012, maybe KoF XIII. Not sure about SF X Tekken. The game looks more ridiculous with every passing "news update".
 
So far, I've only heard she's sitll in. Her and Mitsurugi are a couple of the game's core characters. I'd be hugely shocked if she wasn't in it. I remember hearing that she was solid from as recent as Comic-Con 2011. I even asked my fiancee, who's following the SC-V development news more closely than me, and the last word was still a go.

Don't really need every fighting game on the planet. I only play those I feel like I can get good at. Also, not looking forward to SFXT. That game doesn't catch my attention for some reason.
 
I forgot to mention that I also have MK:AK, and will probably pick up SSF-II Turbo HD Remix when I get a chance.
 
for everyone that said that they will own TxSF by the end of 2012 im sorry to burst your bubble, but i heard from one of the producers that TxSF wont be out till fall 2013. they just started working on the game, a game from start to finish takes around 2-3 years so that sounds accurate.

I've got MK9 and MKAK on the PS3.
Deception, Deadly Alliance, Armageddon, and Shaolin Monks on the PS2.
I HAD Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4, Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe, and Marvel vs Capcom 3 for the PS3, but sold them all.
I will get Tekken X Street Fighter, however.
That looks fun, and I haven't played a Tekken game since Tekken 4.
I should probably buy the other ones :/
And possibly Tekken Tag 2.
Street Fighter X Tekken? Probably not, son.
