1) Mileena (MK) - SLUT! Enough said!
2) Anna Williams (Tekken) - See #1
3) Mistress Helga (Revolution X) - Taking rock 'n' roll music away from us!
4) Rufus (SF) - Thinks EVERYONE who either has blonde hair, or wears a karate gi with the sleeves cut off is Ken Masters...not to mention the fact that he just can't shut the **** up after he wins in-game! And he thinks Dhalsim is an alien!
5) Ganryu (Tekken) - Anyone know who Pete Rose is? Well, that's exactly what Ganryu is to Sumo. He was caught red-handed betting on Sumo, and was subsequently banned (it is unclear whether or not he ever bet against himself, but when you mix gambling with sports, that is ALWAYS a possibility). That and he was chasing a girl 35 years his junior who was barely legal by 2 years.
6) Tira (SC) - MUCH more twisted than Charles Manson ever was!
7) Juri (SF) - see #6
8) Freddy Krueger - Pedophile who got his ass kicked by an 80s hair band (whose bassist also provided Johnny Cage's voice in MK9, in an odd coincidence)

Hilde (SC)- I don't see the point of her existence! She takes up a slot, shes just a warrior with no reason to live other than being a slave.
Penguin (DC)- On top of his annoying Bio, his weapons are lame. They can be used for a rainy day. Thats nice.
Quan Chi (MK)- After MKDA, he just became a forced character. Plus the fact he had the Dragon Kings Tattoos and the Amulet During MK1?

ashley (re4) - leeeooonn heeeellllpp over and over whenever theres a bad guy.
arch viles (doom) - they bring the bad guys you killed back to life. thats a pain in the ass.
those "L" shaped blocks on tetris - i usually get them when theres only 1 space.
people on max payne 3 multyplayer who hide in one spot and use the sniper rifle. theyre usually like 30 levels ahead of everyone else in the game and they act like they kicked eveyone's ass. wow good for you.

While I don't agree with him still having the Dragon King tattoos in MK1's timeline, it's worth pointing out that Quan Chi was already in possession of Shinnok's amulet during that timeframe. Two years before MK1, when Quan Chi originally found the amulet thanks to Sub-Zero, he created a fake, while keeping the original for himself. The amulet he gave to Shinnok was the fake, and that was the same one Sub-Zero brought back to Raiden, and the original has stayed in Quan Chi's possession ever since.
