No, he's not even mentioned.

Edit: By the way, in MKX we have every single revenant including even Stryker and Kabal but not Jade. And in Kitana's edning we see Jade freed like a non-revenant spirit. This makes me thing Jade has been somehow freed but not back to life. She may be freed but as a dead spirit.

While I really like Taylor and Kittlesen's work, writing a comic book story and a fighting game story aren't the same thing. In fighting games, you need to come up with lots and lots of fight set ups intersected in between by a few minutes of plot at most. Something you don't have to worry about when you're writing comic books.

Or they could say "Eff all that noise, we're going to make stories way better than NRS ever could and the audience will eat it up!"

Seriously, it wouldn't hurt for stkry mode to be a little more compelling and well written.

No one is complaining. There is no denying that 3-4 months after the game's release, the excitement and freshness to the game isn't nearly what it was during the first few months.

Not saying that I will completely drop the game after a few months, but I sure as hell won't be playing it as much. I don't understand how this affects my right to have an opinion. Are you saying that only hardcore gamers/those in the competitive scene are allowed to "complain"?
 
On a side note, Mileena should have totally had her own chapter. If they wanted to limit story mode to 12 chapters, they should have taken out Sub-Zero's and replaced it with Mileena's.
 
^I think Mileena should have had a chapter mostly because of her death.
Would have been nice to go out with a few smacks in. Instead she got her ass kicked and overthrown.
Though I'm sure she'll be back in MK11. Death or not.

I see your point, if limited to only 12 chapters than someone's chapter should have been taken out to give Mileena a chapter. I mean the role she has isn't something you pass up on. Although I wouldn't take out Sub Zero's chapter.

But personally I would love to see everyone get a chapter, just to give a viewpoint of everyone and everything going on at different time. I actually dislike the fact that it seems the Heroes are the only ones that get chapters.

Kotal and D'Vorah aren't exactly "heroes" and they get chapters, so it's not just the straight-up good guys.

I agree. Every character in the game should have gotten their own chapter except the revenants so we could see the story and sub-plots from all possible perspectives.
About Sub-Zero, he deserved a better chapter. I would have liked to see in a flashback how he recovered the Lin Kuei, maybe letting us fight NPC Cyrax and Sektor or at the very least show in a cutscene how Sub-Zero won the battle and killed Sektor. With what NRS did with SZ's chapter, though, it would have been better if it was given to someone with more story presence like Mileena or Kenshi.
