Killer instinct

We all know by now that KI3 probably won't happen, as Rare is pretty much dead. And I doubt NRS will pick it up. But the least that they could do is re-release the original arcade version of this game on Xbox live.

The Best version of this game was the original Arcade version. Far more graphically advanced than the SNES version. And the real version needs to be brought back through Xbox live, otherwise this gem of a game will forever only be played by the few individuals who still own the arcade machine. They dont have to go and make a full 3rd game, but cmon, theres alot of people out there who would be willing to pay for this port.

I was a big fan of KI. I wish they would release a new one(or even put Gold on xbla).

Orchid, Sabrewolf, combo and thunder is who I mainly used. Orchid and Maya for Gold.
 
I always used Fulgore. I would love to see a reboot of this. I have great memories of picking up a nintendo power with a full editorial and move list of KI, on the drive home from the grocery store, I was in the van with a flashlight. Just reading all about it, I did not even have the game but thought it was so bad ass. That seems like a million years ago.

Rare isn't dead. They released Kinect Sports Season 2 not that long ago(great game too). And of course NRS won't pick it up. It's a Rare game, and they're working under Microsoft. XD

like I said, Rare is pretty much dead.


all the original people are gone, they now consist of Microsoft employees who only make Kinect games. The name is really all thats left of them.
 
played KI recently on SNES with a friend :D nostalgia was all over the place lol. even had some deja vus for ultras and fatalities. I don't hope for a new KI though not cause I don't want to obviously but I think it's a longshot. it'd be awesome though for them to give us a reboot like the new MK with all the classic roster plus some new GOOD characters, unlike that maya shit

well, I kinda liked Maya Gargos and Tusk honestly. I think the KI2 characters should be welcomed as well.
 
The way I see it, they'll probably release the Arcade versions of both KI and KI2 to see if it blows up. If it does, KI3 will be a good possibility
