Some of these sound pretty cool... I'll give it a go..
Sub-Zero: Walks over and places both hands on either side of the victim's head and begins freezing it. For a few seconds we see the victim flailing to get him off of them, then they go limp as we see the person's head completely freeze over and a few seconds later.. explode. Subby then quickly with one hand grabs the collar of the lifeless body as it's falling to the ground holding him/her up, than proceeds to reach in through their neck hole with his other hand and rip the spine out. As he pulls the spine out he lets the body fall to the floor and he inspects the spine. the camera pans in closer as he's looking at the spine.. he then holds it up horizontally towards the camera and you can see his eyes glow and his fist clench down, as he freezes than shatters the spine into ice dust. He then causally walks off screen dusting his hands off.
Scorpion: The camera pans in slowly as you see Scorpion face the screen and slowly go into a stance (some kind of zen like meditation stance with his hands clasped together with his head down almost like his praying) as he lowers his head and closes his eyes, the camera pans back out and we see the world (or level rather) begin to engulf into flames.. parts of the ground become molten lava, the trees all burst into flames, steam erupts in the background.. he sort of creates a Hell on earth.. the camera quickly pans back to show a close up of Scorpion quickly looking up and as he opens his eyes they engulf flames. Ghostly apparitions begin to appear all around the level dressed very similarly to Scorpion (they are his dead Clan). Scorpion slowly draws his sword and points at the victim. All the apparitions rush towards the opponent and simultaneously draw there weapons and begin hacking the victim to pieces. Some of the Ghost Clan members will have different weapons so we'll see Swords, axes, claws, spears etc. Basically, for example, it'll show one ghost rush up and slice off the victims leg with his Katana as their falling over we see another show up from behind and pierce him/her through the back out the chest with a spear holding them up.. and as the victim leans back in agonizing pain, another ninja show up in front and slashes the victim's throat out with one of those hand claw Japanese weapon thingy's... this goes on for another 10 or more brutal times with more limbs being removed, a disembowelment and maybe it ends with a larger ghost ninja clan member standing over the pile of blood and body parts that was your victim and using a two handed overhead swing, finishes off the victim by splattering his head with a giant sledge hammer type weapon. Once it's done and your opponent is just a bloody messy pile.. the apparitions begin disappearing one by one until they are all gone.. once the last ninja clan member disappears, Everything that was on fire in the world (or level) starts to die down.. the ground hardens back up the flames on the trees go out with smoke bellowing from them, etc., the level just looks like a smoldering mess Like when you've put out a fire.. and Scorpion begins to turn and walk away, but he only goes a few steps pauses for a second then turns back to look at the body. The camera zooms up close to his face and we see his eyes ignite again, this time he rips off his mask exposing his skeletal face and lets a massive yell as flames shoot forth straight towards the camera engulfing the entire screen with massive hellfire until the screen almost whites out.. as the screen fades back in we see scorpion's back as he's walking away, the camera continues to pull back and the bloody pile that was your victim is now completely charred and roasted.. little bits and pieces can still be on fire, crackling.. (as a side note, for nostalgia and comedy.. just as the camera pans back to reveal the charred remains of the victim.. in the very distance behind an object or tree or whatever.. one of the ghost ninja's can pop out and yell... "Toasty!")..lol
Ferra/Torr: Torr walks up and grabs the opponent by the neck lifts them up and uppercuts them half way across the screen. As the victim is almost knocked out and trying to get up slowly, Torr lumbers over slowly and drops down on top of them, sitting on there abdomen and holding their arms down. The victim struggles to get free but is completely trapped. Ferra climbs down off of Torr's back and begins quickly walking around the victims upper body analyzing it. She rushes over to retrieve a little bag she had tied to the back of Torr and pulls out crude cutting tools and begins removing parts of the victims face, eyes, tongue, larynx.. the screams start put are quickly replaced with gurgling noises as she removes the throat box... when she is done she climbs off of the opponent and is staring at them with a perplexed look on her face, holding her little bag dripping with blood (as she has put all her "souvenirs" in it). She then looks at Torr and points to her head and starts tapping it with her finger. Torr gives her a confused look, which she angrily points at the victims head and mutters something in some kind of gibberish we can't understand. Torr acknowledges and grabbing his opponent head with one hand (who is barely alive at this point, still gurgling a little..) begins to slam there head, slowly but violently on the ground.. by the third smash, a loud, wet crack is heard and you can see the split in the skull (the opponents body has one violent twitch than goes completely lifeless). Ferra's eyes light up in enthusiasm as she rushes to the top of the head and begins separating the skull to remove the brain.. scene fades as she's working on it..
Cassie Cage: Cassie walks up to her victim with a bit of swagger. As she gets close the camera pans up and we see her slowly put one hand around the back of the victims head and slowly and sensually lean in for a kiss. The camera pans up to their faces. Just as she is about an inch away from there face, she stops.. ..and a loud "click" can be heard. Still holding her face close, she smiles and winks at her opponent. The camera quickly pans down to show her other hand holding a semi automatic pistol pointed at their balls that she just pulled the hammer back on (or groin since it could be male or female). She Blasts her victim in the groin (their crotch basically explodes in blood and bits ..MK style). As the victim falls to there knees grasping at the crotch there face with a completely shocked expression.. Cassie quickly leans her face close to there's mimicking their expression and takes a "selfie" with her camera phone. She then proceeds to slowly walk away as she is intently staring and typing on her phone.. Her victim collapses on the floor still clutching their groin.. Just before she gets off screen, while still typing on her phone she pulls a grenade off her belt and throws it blindly over her shoulder, which promptly lands near the victim and explodes after a second sending bits and pieces all over the place and a shower of blood everywhere. An arm or a leg or even the head of the victim will fly and hit the screen. The screen will act like a camera and shake and turn off like it broke, once the screen goes black a loading bar will pop up and fill up pausing for a second once or twice (like when your uploading something for real), once the bar fills Cassie's picture will appear (now a clear view of there expressions) with the caption "Having a blast in ***!!". (*** will say whatever the name of the stage your in)..

Kira then proceeds to stab the opponents rib cage on both sides of their body then twisting the knives causing the opponent fall to their knees. before the opponent can fall over completely Kira performs a Savate kick to the opponents head sending it flying across the screen. (her old fatality with a new twist)
