Would you consider yourself a fair/honorable player at this game?

I remember when the EVO tournament was going on, and someone on this site posted that it was offessive and dissrespectfull to do fatalities during the game.

I laughed at his pussyness

It is pretty disrespectful to do fatalities in tourneys.

you cant just pretend like it doesnt exist

It slows the pace of the matches and if your opponent isn't your friend, it is seen as an insult and lack of respect.

Competitive gaming is like a sport.
Respect is not required, but its just nice to have.

I played against someone,

He sent me a message saying I only pick the cheap characters...

The characters I chose in order before I fought him was...
Jade
Skarlet
Kung Lao
Ermac

He sent it right after ermac....

Just to clarify... he chose reptile for all 4 matches.

Isn't reptile better than 3 of those characters?(Or atleast on-par) or am I wrong? >.>

well jade and skarlett arent really cheap. Ermac is debateable cause he can be depending on how you play him, and kung lao is cheap.

But you chose 4 different characters and most people only use 1. so I say you did nothing cheap at all

and we cant see how you were playing, so all of its irrelevant

lol I was rushing him down with Ermac, Mixing up his Forward 4, his Up+4(Overhead), and 3,1,2 into safe jump in punch. I only did my big Ermac combos when I blocked a really laggy move. And he was so afraid of my Ermac upclose he ran away and zoned me the entire time.

Btw it's not irrelevant. I was asking if saying all I do is pick "Cheap" characters is justified when he himself picks a somewhat high tier character.

I don't believe there is a way to play cheap. But when you call a "character cheap" I would have to assume they mean i'm only picking overpowered characters.

What I mean is that Im a jerk, I wont let you move, ill just rushdown all the time even if use Noob.
Everything is allowed, I dont know if thats considered unfair, but thats how I play.
