I use it as strategy. think of it like dan in sf. he has taunts for days and taunts are a big part of his core gameplay. if you taunt the opponent, most likely there going to get mad and just focus on kicking ur ass and completely letting their guard down. so I do the same with johnny...teabag, dance, move back and forth, do w.e I can to aggrivate the opponent and let their guard down. then I go for the kill. and yes...I do activate his xray before finishing them..I find it funny and something johnny would do. so yea...I think I proved my point. soo yea...my french fries are a little dry..can u pass me some of that salt u got on ur head plzz? :)

El Fuerte and NW are racist? Some of you overtly sensitive white people need to swallow a reality pill.

El Fuerte is clearly based on Rey Mysterio. I mean OMG, how dare Rey Mysterio have a racist face!

And Nightwolf is clearly based on a character with strong ancient mythos. Its not like NRS think all native americans are like that.

Hey, all the women have double D tits and tiny waists..does that offend you as well as this is clearly a poor representation of women?

Its safe to say ppl playing the racecard would have abominable ideas for a game like this. NW is awesome. Deal with it.

I'm not upset about characters like El Fuerte, T-Hawk or Nightwolf. I'm a tolerant person. But if they want to make a character that everyone can notice where he/she is from, they could dig more in the country's culture. There are so much more things here. What they do is just lazy.
That being said, Nightwolf is awsome indeed...gameplay wise.

Video games are a shallow representation of culture across the board. Anybody truly interested in learning a culture can read literature or better yet interact with people from that particular culture.

Agreed. People need to travel if they that interested in culture and not just trying to be a dramatic good guy.

Well that is true.
Not that I feel offended or want to be a "dramatic good guy" like Flagg says. I was just stating Capcom's representation of a mexican or indian fighter (for example) is just pathetic and stereotypical. It shows they are the ones who should travel if they want to make good characters everyone likes. =|

I dont think Nightwolf is a racist stereotype, but El Fuerte looks a bit stereotipycal and stupid.

And like I stated before, NW's MKT files are named "Indian" which I find weird =P

I've been maining that guy for years in that game, I just find it weird that if that head is just a mask, than how come he can roar like an actual jaguar?
 
I ask myself this question sometimes too lol.

I use to go easier on guys with a low record example: 3/5, 1/0, 9/4 something along those lines. Then it occurred to me they could be playing this game everyday then one day decide to go online. Sometimes I under estimate based on win/loss .. So for the last while your win/loss means nothing to me, I don't care how skilled you are. I'm going for the KILL!! I'v played dudes 0/0 or 0/1 ... the pick Lao and RAAPE me... learned my lesson since that day lol. Has anyone else did this before? underestimated based on record?.. I know I'm not the only one..

If you are not offended, why are you still complaining about this? It's a fighting game, not a documentary on world culture. Your expectations are unreasonable if believe they are obligated to make a politically correct or accurate depiction of a character, let alone one that everyone likes.

Who said I'm complaining?
It was just an opinion and I said if NRS made a mexican character, I hope it's not something like El Fuerte. It would be dissapointing.
I don't have to feel offended to express my opinion...
