really? when did they patch it for ps3? It's funny the last few days the first match of the day I wasn't sure if it would be gone and everytime I would be too slow on the first attempt and think it was gone before I would OTG them later in the match.

OTG doesn't make or break smoke for me either, but I will admit Im going to miss the games where I am just juggling and OTG bombing for the entire match. I used to enjoy just aggressively OTGing and constantly juggling guys for an entire match. It was very fun.

I never really used the OTG bomb much, we all knew it was going to be removed.
My Smoke will be good anyway :)

Same here. I knew it was gonna get removed so I wanted to incorporate his more viable combos into my playstyle.

I'll be removing OTG combos shortly. Just moved out of my apartment into a house so no cable and internet from Brighthouse until Thursday
 
Without the OTG Smoke Bomb is useless.

Slow recovery, lack of cheep dmg not really i big use anymore.
Slow strings and lack of low/high mixups makes him barely mid-tire fighter - for me at least.

Without the OTG Bomb you are useless. You sir, don't know how to use Smoke. High-Low mixups aren't everything in this game. Secondly, only one of his starters is SLOW. So I suggest you go play as a fighter who moves like they're hopped up on crack to suit your frantic style -- Liu Kang anyone?

Smoke bomb can be used into any of his combos, and out of a naked bomb that hits a distant opponent, you can get 28% damage
 
No more otg so brand new updated bnb video, please comment and sub, the notation is in the description

 
Good Stuff FOB, thanks for uploading. I am trying to pick up smoke as much as I can and its good to see a video without OTG
 
Some pages ago in this thread I wrote about me entering an online tournament in which every player has to choose 1 character (I chose Smoke). I am in the semis! These are my results till now.

1st match : bye
2nd match : Smoke 2 - 0 Scorpion
3rd match : Smoke 2 - 1 Scorpion
4th match : Smoke 5 - 0 Cyber Sub-Zero

In the semifinal I'm going to play against....another Scorpion lol
 
Just a combo: 3, Down+1, 2, EX Teleport.
6 Hits, 25%.
Can be used without the EX Teleport, and I've tried using both the standard Smoke Cloud and an EX Smoke Cloud which may work with a more skilled player.
 
:( No more OTG bomb

any new combos? I've seen a few people online use some new combos the past few days but wasn't able to recreate them myself
