Not sure about that matchup. I think JC wins this because he can control the air with Up balls and has a pretty good anti-air. Not sure if Flash Kick beats Dive Kick though.. CSZ really struggles if he can't freely jump and abuse dive kick on people. That being said Ice Parry could really hurt JC. If there's one character in this game that likes pressing buttons up close it's JC.
