Official Anime Discussion

Was that in movie form? I watched in in 4 different episodes... probably the same content, though. If that is a movie, then yeah, that's my favourite, too. It's so touching and poignant.

yeah it's essentially just 4 episodes, but I consider it a movie.

There are post Samurai X episodes? Did you watch those? It takes place after Rurouni Kenshin. I didn't like that animated series much, but they still managed to make it look bad ass when they made an ending to it all, and it was very emotional as well. It went back to the 4 episode's kind of art style.

Spoiler:
The ones where Kenshin died and the Yahiko centric episode with him passing on the sword to Kenji? Yeah. Where Kenshin died in Kaoru's arms after losing his memory... man, that was cripplingly depressing but I liked the episodes for what they were, even if I found them disappointing in the sense that I wanted better for kenshin. They're non-canon, though.

I think they also animated the Jinchuu arc with the same art style. (At least, I've watched Kenshin vs Enishi on youtube), but I haven't watched that. It's a shame because that was the best arc in the manga, but it never saw the light of day in the anime.

There was also another movie... Ishin shishi no requiem I think it was called. That was pretty cool, too. It was another story of Kenshin's past re-surfacing again. It was pretty moving, too.

For a long time, Graveyard of the Fireflies one of my favorite feature length film. It's one of the few films that struck a chord in me. There is a live action version of the film too, but I haven't watched it yet.

But I'm Mormon.

You're right though. I....I will let you have her.

Be good to her

That goes without saying. I should be more concerned about you, you unfaithful boy. You shouldn't even be thinking about having two waifu.

What a lewd man you are, Yung.

Watching Tenchi Muyo! GXP again. This spin-off is just that funny.

Seina Yamada is definitely the universe's most unluckiest guy ever.

Ha, I've been re-watching Tenchi Muyo! on Youtube these past few days. I haven't seen it since I was like 6 or 7 years old or something and still love it. Ryoko was my first waifu too <3. No shame in admitting it.

Spoiler:
She meant the little balls that contain her powers.
Spoiler:
