Anyone here ever watched Attack on Titan?

I came across it on Netflix one day because I was deathly bored... I was never an anime fan, but I decided to check it out because it had an amazing user rating.

I watched all 25 episodes in two days.Please look into it. You won't regret it. It's pretty dark and bloody (my absolute favorite combination).

I watched 15 episodes or so. I didn't like it.

I think everyone in this thread has watched it. AoT has basically exploded since it first came out. If you like dark and bloody, you should check out Hellsing.

Recently I've started Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. I like it, a lot.

I really want to get into Ghost in the Shell at some point.

Ahh, I see. I'm not aware of what's popular in the anime world, haha. But thanks, I'll definitely look Hellsing up sometime.
 
I'm catching up with Hajime no Ippo: Rising. Such a damn good show. Even if you don't like boxing it's really enjoyable. I hope they keep on animating the manga after Rising.
 
Just finished watching the first season of Knights of Sidonia, and I have to say the praise it's been getting is well-justified. Great animation, and a very nice, hard SF story You know that shit is pretty good when even Kojima Hideo is singing the show's praises. The manga is still ongoing and they're working on the next season (due in November).

Saw the first episode of both Sailor Moon Crystal and Sword Art Online: II. Both were about what I expected. SMC was pretty faithful to the manga (with some sutble changes) and the animation was fairly decent. SAOII's first episode was basically just exposition and housekeeping. Nothing really happened, but I figured that would be the case. At least that's broadcasting weekly and not bi-weekly like Sailor Moon.

But Freyith I'm glad you're online; How in the hell do I watch the Fate/Stay night slash Fate/Zero series?
I mean Fate/Zero is the same thing as Fate/Stay night but some people say you have to watch fate/stay night or play the visual novel to get a feel for Fate/Zero.

Idk man I just want to watch some dope ass anime series
 
OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH an anime thread and seeing how you people were talking about AOT I was thinking what you guys think of the next AOT anime coming out this Fall called Terra Formars

My favourite anime movie is definitely Sword of the Stranger. Dem fight scenes.


Seriously, the fight animation is, dare I say, even better than Samurai Champloo. Well, maybe equal to it, but that's not the point. The fight scenes are just among the best I've ever seen.
