So should we ban certain stages? I say ban street and subway for sure.
Are we gonna ban teabagging? Just seems like that would offend some people(including me).
So it goes best of 3 for the first rounds, best of 5 for the semifinals, and best of 7 for the finals?

Sounds like all we need is the player list and the brackets and we are set.

Just play the game, you don't even "tea bag" you just crouch up and down.

I'm down with banning the Street. Subway not so much. I am also okay with best out of 2/3, but keep 3/5 for finals.
 
Why is GUTZ banned?

For christ sakes, he is supposed to be helping me RUN THIS MONTH.

Maybe he went about it slightly wrong, but he's right. Some of you seem intent on derailing this thread as much as possible.

I don't want to be a nazi about any of this. And in the last sign up thread and the last tourney thread, I didn't mind people going off tangent a bit because it only went on for about 3 or 4 posts. Then someone saw fit to tell a Mod that we'd made a second account for tournaments. So fine, that got taken away and I for one didn't realise that was against the rules. But now we have mods watching this constantly. And all there has been are arguments since. I'm walking on thin ice myself with the Mods right now, so I have to watch what I say and do, otherwise if I go, it's bye bye tournament.

So yeah. Thanks for reporting him guys. You could have PM'd me instead and I would have talked to him.

He was starting to get people who were not even interested in the tournament to report him, I doubt it was anyone in the actual tournament. He isnt banned forever(probably) it is just a question of when he will come back.

Well I hope it was just a suspension because I could use his help as of next week. Yes GUTZ is a bit hot headed but he really is a cool guy when you play a few games with him. Just annoys me that there are ppl not in this tournie just posting in this thread that "he's an ass", for example:

This is KR's only post in the thread. It just smacks of someone who logged in, just to jump on the bandwagon and hit the report button. Its not contributing in the slightest. I'll speak with GUTZ on xbl later this evening and get it all straightened out.

In the mean time, Mike Riazy did you want to join this lil shindig, because i'll add you in on the front roster if you do.

played one match yesterday with Saix, his buddy, and Treadmill. I played treadmills Ermac and he won and fatalitied me :-P . GG sorry I had to go ..

I think you really need to step back, right about now. BOTH of you keep shoving out demands to the staff and TELLING us to make sure certain people stay out of this thread. It is not YOUR call. It's a thread in an online forum. You are seriously delusional if you think people are going to be 100% on topic the entire time. If people go like 10 pages off topic, that is different, but a few posts here and there (which people seem to be talking about fighting each other, so I don't see how that is terribly off topic) is fine.

For the record, NO ONE reported him. He and I exchanged multiple messages yesterday, he played kiss ass with me, telling me I am his 'favourite mod', I told him to stop acting the way he was, he agreed, and then he immediately jumped into this thread and told people off, so I took care of him. Also, no one 'saw fit' to tell a mod that you all shared an account. YOU claim you guys are all sharing one account, and you all live in different countries, yet YOU TRIPPED OUR MULTIPLE ACCOUNT DETECTOR, which is rather interesting, as I explained the whole ISP thing to you, so please stop blaming the members for reporting things when you guys are the ones burying yourselves.


BOTH of you (you and GUTZ, assuming you really are two different people) need to stop sending messages asking for things. We aren't going to tell people they can't post in a thread in an online forum so you guys can stop asking us this. If they start to seriously derail, we will happily step in and let them know about it. If they make an off topic post or two, there is nothing wrong with that. Just because it is a thread you guys made on a shared alternate account doesn't mean you can have full control over the thread, and your third member half the time doesn't even keep it on topic, so maybe you should talk to him.

Just chill out and let people post and please report any offensive comments instead of taking it into your own hands and addressing it. Sorry if this post sounds nasty, I am not trying to be a *****, but this is getting to be too much. You guys think you own the place and can get anything you want, including having members not post in your thread.
