Main characters you hated

Who are the main protaganists/anti-heroes from games who you hated? Fighting game characters don't count and neither do secondary characters. Examples are like Lara Croft from Tomb Raider or Kratos from God of War.

Mine:
Luis Lopez (GTA4: TBOGT)- I just did not feel for him at all and he just seemed like a total douche. Plus the whole game was just style over substance filled with a bunch of other annoying characters.

Daniel Lamb(Manhunt 2)- James Earl Cash was such a badass in the first one then we got this guy who just seemed to whine all the time and be annoying.

Vic Vance(GTA: VCS)- Again just an annoyance.

Claude(GTA3)- He was such a lapdog with no personality.

Well, thats all I can think of now. Maybe more will come to me later.

Marcus Fenix: I hate this roid-raging motherf*cker. He's boring and tries to be all tough and what not, but he just comes off as a d*ckhead.

Tommy Vercetti: Typical assh*le. A bad knock-off of Tony Montana to me.

To put it bluntly, I don't like characters that steal to much of the spotlight from other characters. Aside from Sub-Zero.

Pac Man
Sonic (His game was my 1st video game. It was in Sega Genesis.)
Power Rangers (Especially because I know some annoying kid that is a big fan of them and that kid and I were enemies back in elementary.)

*Hugs Freak. Finally, someone who shares ALMOST the same views as me. Except for Mario, although many might disagree with me, I liked him much better than Link or Samus or any other Nintendo protagionist, as Mario always felt needed or else his universe would be screwed. When, you were in Link's you knew SOMEHOW Link would eventually find a way to kick Ganon's *rse. Samus, I never liked because it just semed like one of those 'badass slient chicks' to me and I HATE thos kind of charecthers. Finally, the one main charecther I can not stand is the Courier from Fallout New Vegas.

Wow, we go from a badass Vault Dweller to a freaking CHOSEN ONE, to the mysterious yet still very herolike Lone Wanderer to a courier that gets shot in the head. I know thier is much more to his story than that, but still the Courier just didn't have enough of a reason to really make me feel like I was making a HUGE change in the Fallout Universe like compelting the ending of the Lone Wanderer did.
 
Kratos.

It's cool to make a Demi-God type character who is all powerful. But what makes us as gamers connect to them is the human side of these characters. Kratos shows no emotions but anger. Every. Single. Second. He's either grunting or yelling in anger. There is no connection to the player. He's just a ball of fury. It got real old to me.

Some good examples of badass characters people can relate to? Big Boss and John Marston.

Yeah. I don't like Kratos either. The whole "angry all the time" thing is very annoying.
 
Cole Phelps La noire has got to be the most boring Rockstar Game ever or team bunge whatever it is still boring after u beat that game i wanna shoot random people

You have to know his story to know why he's pissed all the time. Anyways, there's really no main characters that I hate in games., but there are a handful of secondary character that I dislike.
 
sora from kingdom hearts, too much of a whiner. kairi this and riku that. would you just STFU and kill the heartless already.
