It says it also suppresses hunger, so i hope that works too

I had the chocolate milk one and it was probably the nastiest thing I've drank in a long time. I'd rather drink a 24 pack of Natty Lite by myself than 1 of those again.

The last thing I bought is some pepper beef jerky and 2 green and 2 blue poweraids.
 
I tried the strawberry flavored Muscle Milk.
Shit made me sleepy, couldn't finish working out lol.
 
I'm not sure if mine was just bad or what, I bought if from the gas station and didn't bother looking at the expiration date on it cause I forgot to.

it was probably the flavor. Not even kidding I tried that one once and it in no way compared to the vanilla one. And it makes me sleepy too
