I'm pretty sure they'll have ways to get around it. Like Cyborg and his grappling hook and batman and his bats.

Haha.. No. I still like batman. But I want other characters outside of his for injustice.

Think of it like this. You want a few ninjas in Mk, but you don't want there only to be Ninjas.

Nothing wrong with more Batman characters, since the Batman franchise is the best thing about DC. The rest of DC can suck my balls.

Batman is good but he's not Dc only hit character. I wonder if Ed really ment Batman characters when he said gadget characters?

Actually... yeah, he is the most Mainstream out of all the DC line-up. People I talk to who have never read comics, when I ask them about superheros, they always go to Batman. Every single one.

First Flash, now Catwoman. NRS really has a knack for taking totally lame characters and making them look cool.

That only means he's more recognisable. It has nothing to do with his popularity. People also know who Superman and Green Lantern are. Because if they weren't recognisable characters among people who don't read comics they wouldn't have had movies and cartoons made for them.

I want the Joker in this shit too but his sprite looks like shit in the background from the Fortress stage. And if he is in this game he better be the LAST one. If the Joker doesn't make it in then put Bane.

I agree, that design is horrible. So bland in fact it leads me to believe that the Joker wont even be playable in this game, and his only appearence will be that image on Batman's computer. Which I'm totally fine with, cause I'm assuming Harley will be a good replacement.

Recognition isn't really all that different from popularity

Recognition is the knowledge that something exists, popularity is usually just something that is widely accepted as true and well-known amongst most people

The word you're looking for is well-liked, with that said, being popular can also mean well-liked, of course, but I'd advise being more specific with your wording in this kind of argument

A bit underwhelming reveal, but I'm not one to complain about more Batman. Now I got my potential main team of Nightwing and Catwoman so next I hope my secondary team of villains from pool of Penguin/Riddler/Bane/Two-Face/Scarecrow/Poison Ivy/Mr Freeze/Killer Croc/Ra's comes true. Catwoman's whip, claws and agility look great. Too bad I still can't shed the resemblance to MK, half the time I was thinking of Baraka or Krueger when watching that reveal trailer. I just hope Catwoman's claws aren't as broken with invisible reach.

Besides comparing MK Ninjas with Batman characters isn't fair. All the ninjas look quite alike and even play somewhat similiarily. You can't say that Mr Freeze and Killer Croc would be remotely similiar.

No please... I can see batman taking up the "Gadget" character slots, but giving him power character slots also? That in my opinion is way to much.
