anyone having problems with pre order skins??? for example since the game updated when i downloaded skarlet...for some reason i can never pick scorpion's klassic skin online but everyone else works fine(male ninjas anyway) any of you guys running into this???

No problem. It is kind of annoying though that you have to download a second thing to get her (and in the future, three more), but seeing as the Season Pass itself I'm assuming just replaces a game file that allows you access to her and the future characters (it's the same size as the files for all the klassic skin downloads), you still need to download the actual character data when the new ones are released. Fortunately a.) the game should notify you when the new characters are online, and b.) we don't have to wait too long before the other three characters are released (I'm still sticking to my every-other-week release schedule theory, between the klassic skins pack, Skarlet, and two characters in July).

DLC Trouble

i having a problem with dlc for MK. i just bought Scarlet through PSN and when i download it and install it, i should be set right? well i did just that and when i go to ladder mode to pick Scarlet she is nowhere to be seen on the roster list. anyone have any idea what exactly is happening?

Did you move the cursor down to Cyber Sub-Zero and hit "left"?

If it didn't download properly, just download it again from your "Recent Downloads," on PSN.
Otherwise, as DCR mentioned, go down towards Cyber Sub-Zero (as if you were going to select Kratos), and she should be there.

I had to do the same thing the other day, when my Klassic Sub-Zero costume didn't show up online.

Nope. I'm 100% in tact. Of course, I also got the Season Pass and also unlocked Skarlet before all those problems began to be reported on launch.

Sounds more like you might have cut off your system too quickly while data was being saved...I did that once after an online match.

STILL can't use MK1 Sub-Zero

I've re-installed by Sub-Zero skin multiple times, I've even tried deleting then re-installing. I can use it ofline all of the time, but I can only use it online very rarely. I think maybe when someone has the retro costume pack then it lets me use Sub-Zero.

What's the problem? I'm tired of not being able to use my characters and costumes. :\

^using dlc skins online only works if the opp. also downloading skins. Otherwise the game will freeze or desynch.

I can't use Scorpion's classic online. My friend has the all of the DLC to date as do I and we are still getting desyncs and neither of us can use the store-exclusive skins (For me Scorpion, for him Sub). They both work fine offline.

I really can't say what the hell is going on with the dlc for online. When I pre-ordered for the SZ skin I had no probs using it online, whether my opp. had pre-order or not. I used retro SZ for every match. Now with the klassics pack and skarlet, kenshi, and all bonus skins there are all these bugs causing huge problems. Will NRS fix this? Probably not. And I'll put money on the line that Rain's dlc will have the same issues.

i think i found a way that may fix it.....do the same thing one more time delete and re download but if you pre ordered the skin from gamestop/amazon/bestbuy DON'T REDOWNLOAD THE PREORDER KLASSIC SKIN....just download the klassic skin pack and it should work i had the same problem with my scorpion preorder skin it wouldn't give me the option to chose the mk1 outfit would only give me costume 1 and 2.....try it one more time it worked for me....GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

I've tried every different fix I've heard of and still no luck. It's very rare for Sub-Zero's classic to work. I get Costume 1 and Costume 2 but no MKI. Been that way for awhile now, it's really irksome...
