This happens almost every time you use any of the alt costumes and colors. Specifically for desynchs, just don't try to pick a new costume.

It happens when the people you play against havent downloaded the compatibility pack. If they haven't downloaded it, they can't read it, you can't play it. That simple.

Hi guys,
I just realized that my Amazon.UK pre order codes didn't work. On the vanilla US Game
I've also activated my Limited Editon Ermac with a seperate US-PSN Account. This one works within the EU-Acc.
So far I have no clue why those UK DLC wont work with the game, they were downloaded and installed within the EU account.

Hello there, im new over here, not on Mk games, and im on ps3, i have download Klassic Skins, and for the Sektor and Cyrax, the problem is, i dont know, but sometimes i go play online, and i only can play with others guys that have the same DLC, the others that dont have, when i im on selecting my personage, and i dont find the Klassic skin, and it goes down, im alone at this??

I though the skins were already all on the disc...?
So far, the first 7 shouldn't have any problem -- but they messed up during an update, they're fixing this. I know that in order to use Skarlet against people who don't have her you both need the compatibility pack, but I really don't know for Sektor and Cyrax, as I don't know if they were on disc already.

The pre-order klassics were all on the disc, so someone doesn't need to have purchased them in order to play against someone using one. But since klassic Cyrax and Sektor are included with Skarlet, your opponent will need the compatibility patch. Without it, they won't have the models to view those two klassic outfits.

The others need the comp. pack, why people doesnt download it? its free!! do it please, there is a giant pop up at the start menu telling it to you.

After getting the pass, you need to go to the Downloadable Content section in the game itself (under Extras), and "purchase" her there. She should be 0 points (as will the future characters when they're released), since you have the Season Pass. Then, and only then, will she be selectable.
