I'm 100% sure Liu Kang will NOT stay dead! If I'm not mistaken, the soul of he who wins the Mortal Kombat tournament is safe for another 50 years for the sole purpose of defending his championship in the next tournament.
Last time Liu Kang died, his soul continued to walk among the living, even after being released from Shang Tsung. Is the 50 year rule any coincidence, since Kang was killed outside the boundaries of the tournament while he was still the reigning Mortal Kombat Champion?

He won't be. He'll defend his title 50 years after MK9 one way or another. The Elder Gods will see to it that it happens.

whos the ice chick in your avatar? im not keen on any characters past mk3 but i think a faster sub zero type character would be a good idea for mk10 coz subby in mk9 was too slow and heavy.

That's Frost. I agree with you on a faster Sub-Zero type, but Frost needs to be differentiated from him moveset wise, not just speed.
Subby in MK9 was a turtle. He should move like a ninja, not freakin' Andre the Giant.

I don't really want a demo to be honest. It takes time and resources that could be spent towards making the game itself. Demos are usually for promotional purposes. Everyone knows what Mortal Kombat is. but IF they did have a demo, I doubt it'd be more than two or four playable characters. MK9 had a demo because it's been so long since an MK game came out and it was a reboot that NRS wanted people to test and see that MK was back.
