I'm seriously itching for some Mass Effect 3, but there's no way I'm playing it without a character import. So, thanks to me and my habbit of deleting BioWare save files, I need to start from scratch. And it happens every time they put out a new sequel, too.

I've been playing a lot of Gotham City Imposters lately with the occasional sprinkling of Dark Souls PvP. First time I've actually bought a FPS, and having fun with it.

So I decided to stick to just Far Cry 2 instead of jumping from game to game. Got fairly far last night and REALLY like this game. I liked the first one so I knew I would like this one, anyway. The diamonds, though....ugh, over 200 to find. I found 8 so far.

im also playing ME3. its a great game. but did you have any trouble loading your ME2 character appearance at the beginning? mine just kept showing a defaulted face so i had to make it again.

I always like when games use good opening cutseens. Example God of war 3, Mass Effect 2 used them unbelievably well to set the tone for the rest of the game. This imho was no different. Though I am still wondering weather or not that frog thing is Ganondorf.
I also like the fact it's a prequel to OoT.

Meh... I don't like it when intro sections take hours. But I guess that's just part of today's gaming. I think the first time I ran into that long of an opening section was in Kingdom Hearts II. I was like all, ok who is this Roxas character and when is this game actually going to start?

Btw, what frog thing are you talking about? I don't remember a frog thing

I don't mind long intros but I sometimes get irritated because I just want to start the game.

The beginning of Far Cry 2 involves you sitting in the back of a cab, being driven to your hotel, for about 5 minutes.

Now, 5 minutes doesn't really sound long, but it is when you get antsy and just want to play. It was the longest 5 minutes ever and I was just like HOLY SHIT, GET TO THE HOTEL.
