I didn't mean to be condescending towards you, so I apologize if you misunderstood my tone. Also, the post confirming that it was for MK9 is on the first page of this thread (post #10 by ZoopSoul). I believe it was posted in another thread or two elsewhere on the forum, so always keep the 'Search' function in mind. And, of course, bumping older threads is usually discouraged, but you are correct in that it's not technically against the rules.

it wont happen...mk HD will not be packaged with mk9...it doesn't make any financial sense for WB yo give away 3 very profitable games remade in HD...arcade ports i could see being in the hidden unlockables but fully redone versions absolutely not

I believe it doesn't really matter that its in 3d, its all about the art direction and model design. It is possible to make the 3d models look real, look at fight night champion, the problem with the news mk's are not necessarily the 3d graphics, but the cartoony, bulky, beefed up characters.. and bad animation/stance choices. They look like WWE wrestlers. It's better this time around, but they still don't quite get it.

Just wanna say this: They took photographs of all the actors in their poses. I doubt they took them at super low-res. The high quality photos still exist in a vault somewhere. Just digitize those into as high res as you can make them for today's games and work it out from there.

Wow, never thought about that. But they would have to have a lot of photos, like one for every frame of animation. Anyhow, however they remade it, its most likely completed by now, if it is indeed to release May, or June....December of this year? I can't really keep up, but its probably done already so how its made doesnt maatter im guessing.

As I suspected. Confuse us on which to buy – Huh, I'm not confused. They're afraid they won't be able to sell their lies. I won't even considering renting MK9 or MK10 or MK20 if they don't go through with the originals, because there's a retro community that's been waiting to play the real MKs online, and we're practically starving.

You are an odd fellow Ron Morgan...Can I call you Captain Morgan? If I understand what you are saying you want the HD collection, but in another thread you said something about being tired of the HD rumor.

So are you just a mad drunken jester paying with our minds and the wrath of the moderators or do you really want this game to come out and you are sad it is still a rumor?

And really there is nothing wrong with mk9, I just want both games.

Btw, my comment isn't xbox "fanboyism" its simply making each console equal.

But honest, I don't care about exclusives anymore.

will this game look good?, what i mean is will the characters be done using real people like they did back in the day? sprites or whatever its called, :)

or will it look like the I-phone version where the characters look like wooden dolls :(

Hi all subscribed to this thread... I have no connections with anyone in gaming that works on MK but as far as I can tell you that it is scheduled for later this year or atleast that is what I heard ok... I'm not lying to you if the reputable company that said it to me are incorrect as they are not producing the game then it's wrong infomation... But it is scheduled for a later date I just hope all the proposed content for the MK HD Kollection makes it into MK9 more or less and more...

In fact no doubt that is probably the Marketing Plan (This line is my opinion)

If you don't believe me that is up to you, but as far as I know what I am telling you is the truth, and I found out by accident when trying to find out about somthing else
