Well, he obviously knows something and has some connections somewhere. Something about his statement just sounds "RIGHT", i dunno lol. But I gotta tell ya, after the rollercoaster ride we've all been on involving this game, I'm just confident that it coming out sometime this year, without a shadow of a doubt. I mean, they can't keep this up much longer.

Yes it is... I don't have connections as such, I was trying to find out about somthing else and found out about this in the process the dates more or less right... It's been posted on online shops also so it's not far away although it might end up beng an Xblah or PSN Release? I do not know this for sure but this could be somthing to consider but regardless it's coming go play MK9 for a bit

Nedgame now has it up for 15-06-11 with a different description and a screenshot (probaly fake)
description translated to english:
"A complete package including the first three original mortal kombats. Specially remade for the playstation 3 in HD! Among others Raiden, Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Play against your friends or versus the CPU and peform the coolest fatalities"

"About two years before Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix came out, I posted on a forum (Neowin.net) about the possibility of Xbox coming out with hi-def versions of games and the first game I wanted to see in HD was Mortal Kombat II. So, I made a quick mock-up.
The pictures of Kitana (my fav. MKII character) was from a black and white photograph from behind-the-scenes of MKII I found on the net.
I used an existing background from MK Deadly Alliance or Deception because I didn't have the time to create it from scratch."

Interesting find, for sure, but definitely would be better to keep everything in one thread. Also, I see it's a Netherlands website. Nedgame.nl also has a June 2011 date for the game. I guess the Netherlands didn't get the memo......
