Look at who has been announced already. With those 8 characters you can almost tell what they're going for. They seem to be setting up teams, Teen titans, The original JLA without Cyborg, and possibly The LoD with the only exception being Harley Quinn who could be taking Jokers spot.

And seeing as how there is going to be a revolt against the Heroes you can almost say with a certainty that President Luthor will be in this.

Lol, this only proves what I just said

In this post, you aren't even speculating on how certain characters could tie into the story like you seem to want us to do, you're speculating on the story itself and what its main conflict could be (which of course involves the characters you just mentioned)

We don't know shit about the story of Injustice besides the fact that the heroes and villains are in some sort of conflict (like that wasn't hard to figure out on your own) as NRS so far has revealed nothing regarding the story itself. You obviously can't figure out how to fit characters into a story that could be anything at this point, so you had to make up your own theories on how the main story could turn out in the post based on the little that we do know

My point of all this? It's that how are we supposed to seriously speculate the character in question's involvement in a story that again, we know nothing about, when even you had to make up your own story scenarios in an effort to try and demonstrate to us how we could do such a thing? I'd advise you to wait until we get some actual significant info on the story before suggesting to us to think about how the characters that we suggest could fit into the story
 
Metamorpho is from The Outsiders. I haven't read upon them in a long time, but I remember both Nightwing and Batman where both leaders once. so it's possible.

I want to see an Owlman alt for batman. It would be cool to see The Wayne brothers fight each other. ;)
 
We all should not be thinking about how the story will be at all, until NRS finally releases it at some expo show. Until that time comes, let's talk about just the characters, what movesets will they have, chances of DLC and the battlegrounds we all like to see.


Speaking of battlegrounds, I definitely want to fight at Oa, Themyscira (correct me if I spelt it wrong), Apokalips, Bialya (with Queen Bee cameo), Watchtower and Bludhaven.

It's good to speculate. After all, some of us might just play the game cause of the story ;) .
 
Metal all I'm saying is instead of throwing out random characters because they look cool. Read up on them and see how they could tie in with what's already been given.

I think that's why so many people are say they want Batman stuff is because that's who they know best. Then going back to Captain Marvel I don't see him fitting with the teams, but given his history with Superman and The Justice league I see him fitting just fine in injustice.

but as Aldo said speculation is always a good thing. :)

I imagine his super involving a tsunami that puts the whole stage underwater, then the opponent gets assaulted by sharks, The Kraken & maybe even Sea Anemones
