Who else thinks that making the new character of SSB 'Wii Fit Trainer' is the worst, most annoyingly stupid decision in Nintendo history?

I don't know, I just thought the roster would be smaller around the time he was announced. And I thought it would be cool if they fused him with DK and they could switch like the SNES game. And Blaziken should have made it in over Charizard.

True. This is the 1st Smash 4 tournament around here, though, so I'm excited to stand a chance. All the Melee players around here are really good and make me look like ass.

Having an event with Melee, PM, and Smash 4 would be pretty great, tbh. All three are awesome in their own way, and just because Nintendo made a pretty big mistake on how Brawl played, they shouldn't kill off a game from tourneys. It's still their product deep down. Nintendo is still trying to appeal to "hardcore" gamers, but they're doing it all the wrong ways if thats how they're doing it.
 
I mean it makes sense unfortunately. They don't want people to play this unofficial, unlicensed Nintendo game. They want people to play the game they invested millions of dollars into. It'd be hella sick if Nintendo tossed support PM's way, but we all know it wont happen.
 
Just a heads up for anyone who wants to get the next wave of Amiibos

Some toys r us released wave 3 amiibos early, and Lucario (their exclusive) is scheduled to be there on January 30th. GameStop has a schedule for all the wave 3 amiibos to come out throughout February, but I can't remember what they are.

Shiek, Bowser, and Toon Link are scheduled to show up in Best Buy on February 1st, but the release date for the rest haven't been announced yet.
 
Yeah, Wii Fit Trainer has definitely grown on me.

Is anybody else kinda annoyed with the fact that you can't use Mii fighters online?
I understand you can make offensive Mii's, but there's an easy way around it. Make a default Mii for online play.

Or am I misinformed about the reason Mii fighters are off limits?
 
You can use them against friends. Can't use them in For Glory though. Too many random variables that could screw with the balance I guess. Custom move sets for regular fighters aren't allowed in Glory either.
 
My brawler character is pretty OP so I can understand where they don't allow them in the For Glory matches.

I made my brawler character a mii of Kim Jong Un, though :bigdickcool:
 
Smash 4 is a horrible game for competitive. I'm sticking to PM, Melee, and 64.

In other news, i'm excited for Apex. Rooting for Mango and M2K.
