Not gonna lie, if the guy from Scribblenauts and Knuckles comes into the picture, I'm gonna be hype as fvck and buying a Wii-U.
 
I have a feeling this game will be stupid.

Like we're all waiting for the announcement and when they finally show it, all the characters are chibi and it plays like those Naruto games. No joke, I get extremely paranoid when it comes to Nintendo.

well the trailer is here, and I have to say........ I'm honestly not that hyped.
Just looks average really.

And I really dont see them stepping up the gameplay and improving from Brawl's. I'm just not getting that impression for some reason.


I mean I'll still eventually play it to try out the new movesets for the new characters and I got friends who enjoy this series too, but I'm not really all that hyped. Maybe as time goes by and with more updated content I will be more excited for this, but as trailers go, this was weak. Whether you like Brawl or not, one things for sure they knew how to make a good trailer for it.
 
Only highlights I saw were


Donkey Kong's hair physics are on point. My man has never looked better

The Arena stage

Mega Man part was incredibly awesome
 
I have to say, some of the gifs and images that have come out in the past couple days have made me laugh. This one is along those lines.

I was really hoping for a L cancel or dash dance or waveland hidden in there as a shout out to us tourney "fahgs" as some people say.

Not gonna be excited at all until it atleast has the depth and speed somewhere in-between brawl/melee atleast.

Heres some off screen footage that shows a straight up 1 vs 1 battle and more gameplay without all the flashiness that the trailers show. Maybe this will help you determine the speed and what not. Looks can be deceiving though.


probably should mute it cause the guy talking is annoying.
