Nobody, you don't need to have a Jax or a new Jax in every MK game, there was no Jax in some of the PS2 games.
There's no rule that states "No Jax, No MK".

Notice that the lightnings aren't alone.
When Raiden casts his lightning, you see only lightning. Because he is lightning itself.
Notice that in the comic, the scene on your sig, his hands are not only lightning, but clouds around them.
He is making a little storm around his hand, so, he is moving water, but so fast that it's discharging energy.
i know that but why do hate his daughter so much that you want her dead so badly when this game is about passing the torch and she need to be there to get jax torch from him to be the jax like fighter

I think me wanting her dead doesn't mean anything here.
I'm not saying she's going to die because I don't like her, I'm saying she's going to die because I think it's very likely.
Jax is already in the game, and I can't imagine anything for them to do to make her different, she's just a human so if she doesn't use his father's moves (thing she could do if Jax wasn't in the game, it would be terrible lazy and lame though) then what can she do? I think her only reason to exist is to be Jax's motivation to participate in mortal kombat, just like someone said before.
again i don't see it happing i dont think they waste time making jax daughter to only have her be killed in the comic that like saying they going to kill erron black as well

Thing is Erron Black is a character on his own, Jacqui is just Jax's daughter (so far) there's no development on her. This can change though, they only need to put some more info about her in one or two issues but I don't see it happening. Takeda on the other hand has more chances to be in because there was more focus on him.
I may be right and I may be wrong. There's no way in hell I hold any truth, just speculations.
I say let wait and see before we decide who in or who out you could be right or wrong but we need more info before deciding so let wait and see

What if Jacqui dies and Jax blames Sonya, Johnny, and Cassie and turns evil.
I kind of buy into the Jacqui dying theory. Simply as a motivational tool for Cassie and Jax stories.
And to say "why waste time making her?" well....have they really made her, she was a cast off character who appeared in a handful of panels and served no purpose in any of them. Nor has she been developed at all since.
Still, I wouldn't be surprised to see her make it.

If Jacqui dies in the comic, I don't think they'd even bother bringing her up in the game. Why does Jax need the death of his daughter to motivate him to do anything, anyway? I don't think he's become a bum living on the street, I can't see him not stepping up to help protect Earthrealm.

And the fact that he has a daughter, he might be afraid to die and leave her alone. We don't know about her mother, perhaps she died in the NR war so Jax is the only thing she has.

the scar on this sub zero does not prove it is Kuai Liang because, remember, this is the new time line. I don't see cyber smoke...

How does it confirm Bi-Han? Kuai Liang was dead at the end of MK9.
