Remember the Gem of Tetsuri from The Secret of Quan Chi? What if they incorporate that gem into the storyline?

I actually haven't minded the new artist as much as others have. He has a late 90s Marvel kind of a style. However, the way that he drew Scorpion's face in this issue is really, really bad.

It's not really that I want her dead so badly, more the fact that so far she hasn't done much and I don't see her solely contributing that much to the story. Cassie losing her best friend because of her mistake (choosing to go into the fight club) is good character development for her, and losing his daughter is good character development for Jax.

Like someone else said, Jax could blame Sonya and the others for his daughters death, giving him a heel turn. He could even blame Cassie and try kill her to make up for her causing Jaqcui (however it's written) which gives us another rivalry (Jax and Sonya/cage)

Idk, just what I think could happen.

Also Jax is "pretty much confirmed". Is there really a need to have him AND his daughter (who I really can't see having good gameplay without bullshit story shenanigans or ripping of her fathers moves).
 
Ok... so now we know there are like 20 goodguys in the game, the kamidogu turns them on each other...

Rather dull in my opinion and I hope this won't be in the game.

I hate it when the goodguys turn evil just for the sake of leaving the real badguys OUT of the game.

I do love Erron Black, but his lastname sure is simple... Rather saw Salazar.

That Looks BA can't wait for next sunday for next exciting episode of MORTAL KOMBAT X!!!!!! I'm in a dbz kind of mood if you couldn't tell lol but seriously tho it looks cool the only down side is that we already know they both come out of this alive

I'd rather have the comics wrap up this whole "cursed dagger" explanation, and the game explain the events of the 25 years, via different flashbacks in diffferent parts of the MKX timeline.
If the MKX game story mode mostly takes place in the 25-year mark, as Ed Boon has said before, then I could easily see a scenario where the Story Mode explaining how they got to that 25-year mark, via flashbacks, after the events of MK9.
 
When they show Quan Chi finally in the comics, I hope they have him with that damn staff that I've wanted him to have since Deadly Alliance. It would make him look way cooler than just the head of Moloch.

Idk maybe I'm getting it mixed up but I could've sworn that was the case

Sub-Zero in the comic looks like Kuai Lang. If the comic takes place after the Nether Realm war then it seems like most of the MK9 fighters return back to life after Shinnok was defeated. If Kuai Liang return back to life then he most likely got his human body back.
