I doubt they would leave them out the entire game they're the most iconic characters in the MK franchise. We might not see them in story mode, but im sure they will return in VS mode though.

I chose Cybah Subby. In general I would've chosen Smoke because he is downright awesome, but Subby deserves it more. He was a double agent for the Forces of Light and I really wanted him to survive and maybe become human again.
