How hard they try to make it scary is another thing.


They also hinted that tue sales of revelations will be a determining factor if they go in that direction or not. Because some people claim it's closer to the old games in a horror sense.

Either way I'm not 100% sure I'm down yet I'd need to know more details
 
I'm down for change, but I think that they're going to have a hard time implementing that horror feel back into RE because the majority of the OG fan base since RE1-3 are much older now so what was scary back in 1996 may not be as scary in 2013 (or whenever the next RE game comes out).

I have mixed feelings about an open world game though.
 
Playing the Gamecube version of RE4 again and what is with Leon and Ashley not climbing down ladders? Always bothered me, lol.
 
I was talking with my friend last night on Skype and we were talking about how we co-oped RE5 when it first came out at midnight and I for some reason I thought about when he first met me. He added me from an RE fan site that I used to go to and he added me before he even joined the site. Every time we played the demo (we played the RE5 demo literally every night for at the bare minimum of 2 hours) he would call me Nemesis instead of my real name, even though he knew my real name.

I just thought it was funny. If we're gonna play a game together, call me by my real name, not my username lol. Can you imagine talking on the mic and every few minutes

"Hey, Shirayuki, can you heal me?"
"Hey, Shirayuki, you want some ammo?"
"Hey, Shirayuki, I found a gem over here"

The first time I encountered the Regenerators. I was a bit creep-ed out by them, probably cause of the music that accompanies while encountering one.

Also, I still think to this day Paul Mercier is the best Leon VA, IMO. He should've voiced him in RE6 and Damnation.

And I agree with Kobra, RE4 Leon's Voice actor was Godly. He sounds so weird in RE6 IMO lol.

I just realized something, I never completed a Mercs round or campaign mission with Leon.. I should kill myself.

everyone else from our smash crew calls me Alex lol.

except the person I live with lol.
