Ted- 9.5/10

Very funny and cute movie.......Wow!! Imagine that happening in real life, although it would be the most awesomest thing ever, regardless of the careers accomplished...It's so hilarious that

Spoiler:
1. Seeing a stuffed animal having sex with a co-worker, yet got a promotion because the boss doesn't have any balls at all.
2. Getting your ass whipped by the same stuffed bear in the hotel and then cry about the problems going on.

This is The End

5/10

Was bored the first 20 minutes. Some funny parts here and there but not really as good as it could've been.

I felt the same way.
This Is The End got a 5/10 from me too.

I normally can't stand Jonah Hill, James Franco, Seth Rogen and Danny McF***ING Bride, but I decided to give it a chance anyways, and now I can't get that hour and 47 minutes of my life back.

The redeeming parts of that movie were:
- Chaning Tatum being Danny McBride's b*****
- Jonah Hill exploding
- James Franco dying
- Jay Baruchel - He's OK, in my book.
- Craig Robinson - Did an awesome job in the movie, funny stand-up comedian, and usually does a good job in his other movies.

Michael Cera and Aziz Ansari being killed off in the beginning, was also excellent.
Cera always comes off as being douchey, to me, and I just can't stand Aziz (he's not funny).

That's funny. I actually like Franco and McBride. But they both under performed(well Franco did McBride was funny for me somewhat) in the movie though the cumming scene was pretty funny. If only they made a Your Highness 2 instead.

The Curse of Chucky
5/10 Average

Chucky didn't speak much and it really wasn't too scary or funny.

SPOILERS

The only thing I can look forward to is a sequel where all the main surviving characters of the Chucky movies are brought together for one final movie. So Mike Norris, Karen, Andy, Kyle, Tyler, and Nica.

Natural Born Killers - 9.5/10

It's just a classic. Story, acting, music, and filmmaking are perfect. Keeps me entertained throughout the whole thing every time I watch it. It's aged quite well too I believe. The crazy camera effects used to create the psychotic feeling look great and aren't just bad 90's GCI like they easily could have done. It randomly changes to black and white, but I love how the movie looks in color, has a raw homemade movie kind of tint to it.

anyway, good ass film. Tommy Lee Jones' character is probably my favorite cause of how over the top he it.

American Psycho = 10

Why? Christian Bale, that's why.

that's another good movie I watched in the past month. Bale was great, but anytime William Dafoe was on screen he stole the show. Cause he's a god amongst actors. So much tension when he's questioning Bateman.

People who watch the movie for the first time are always thrown off expecting a typical slasher film. But it's much more than that. I really enjoy the final scene too, very haunting.

"No new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing."

I'm dying to get my hands on the book seeing how it's more graphic than the movie. I just can't stop laughing when he kills Paul Allen. Take that 30 Seconds to Mars!

Anyways, I saw another movie. Bad Grandpa. I gotta give this a 10. The commercials for it might make you think that it spoiled some of the good stuff, but really, it didn't for me. I stated this in the "Just Talk" thread that it made me laugh almost as hard as what Book of Mormon did to me. (And that was a really funny musical.)

So yeah, 10 for Bad Grandpa, if there's more than three moments in a movie that makes me just stare in an "Oh my god" kind of state, it deserves a good rating.

That or I'm just completely generous... I think the first one is it.

Ender's Game 8/10

I got a sneak peek at it (advance screening!). It's very good, much better than I thought it would be given how layered the book is. Harrison Ford as Col. Hiram Graff is a really great choice. They also managed to put enough detail into Ender's backstory, though they lost a bit of the world building. It wasn't as action-y as I thought it was going to be, which is good.

Cloud Atlas- 10/10

This movie was very intriguing. Having a few actors/actresses play multiple roles in each of the 6 segments in time. Although confusing at first, but as you piece it all together (most likely from watching it multiple times), things start to make sense..... I love the futuristic setting taking place at New Seoul.

Dahmer 7.5/10

Why, I expected some more gore and it's way to sensored. Plus, it didn't show how Jeffey Dahmer was arrested and how he was killed in jail. (Based on the true story.)

Now, I want to watch the following...

- Machete Kills

- The entire series of "I Spit On Your Grave". ;)

- Girls Against Boys

- 2001 Maniacs: Field of Dreams

Thor: The Dark World 6.5/10

Chris Hemsworth wasn't as good as in the first movie, and the plot itself was kind of lame. Darcy had the funniest lines in the entire film too, though Loki deserves a shout out for his Cap mockery.

Thor: The Dark World-8/10

I agree with Freyith. Loki definitely stole the spotlight the moment he got out of his prison. And what a definite twist in the ending, although could've been a bit more serious in the final battle. Looking forward to Captain America 2 in several months, and also X-Men 4.

Well I'm with freyith as well on my overall opinion on Thor dark world 6/10 then again I'm not a big Thor fan but I do find Loki as the kinda person you hate to like

The Impaler
8/10
I expected it to have vertical impalement since it was about Vlad the Impaler but it didn't. Plus, it was the typical horror movie that's about a group of young adults getting together and being killed one by one.

I Spit On Your Grave (2010)
9.9/10
Alrmost perfect except that all the guys who raped the main character should've had their private parts hurt as well and that the guys should've looked hotter. I'm gonna watch part 2 probably Friday and maybe the original movie from the 1970s I believe.
