Rain might not be a favorite of mine, but I definitely do want to see why he kicks Kotal off a building.

Was kind of startled when I saw that the first time, then laughed my butt off when someone made that into a GIF.

Nah, I went long before her. I found it interesting that as soon I displayed any form of deplorable behaviour I was banned almost instantly, while the troll known as Sonya Bland polluted every single thread with her bigoted views & negative attitude and still wasn't banned until yesterday or the day before. The man is delusional, honestly. He refers to himself as a woman when he's a male, he considers everyone on the forum to be subhumans & he even went as far as to say that he wasn't 'human' like the rest of us. I've never had the misfortune of meeting someone so delusional, hypocritical and narcissistic in my life and I pray to god that he doesn't return. I can admit that I am very adamant & some things I said weren't appropriate, but I certainly don't think I deserved to be banned before Sonya Bland.

Anyways, I'm glad to be back. :laugh:

Welcome back, and I hope you've learned your lesson and won't return to be the way you were that lead you to get banned in the first place. ^^

OH! Then it's alright that it's just a punch, and I should even be grateful about it, because oh my gosh, it could be worse! /sarcasm

If that is how you live your life, not wanting things to be better for yourself, but just takes whatever comes your way without questioning... then that is pretty pathetic.

It really depends on your sense of entitlement.

Imagine you are the developer. And you make a chocolate that EVERYONE loves. You give too much of the same chocolate people get bored and bail on you for another piece.

So now you have to come up with new chocolate ideas. But your money/production abilities aren't that much more improved. So in order to make new chocolates you have to get rid of some old chocolate flavors for the new line. A lot of people like the new chocolate, and move on.

You are stuck there missing the old chocolate because YOU have not grown tired of it like everyone else.

You should be grateful that the original chocolate was even there for you to enjoy.

Ed Boon and the Netherrealm studios don't owe us SHIT. They create a product and we choose if we think it's worth paying for. Once you paid for it, you are broke even on the deal with them.


That'd be like you made muffins for me, I paid you 4 dollars. You don't want to make muffins for a living but you didn't mind making muffins this time for a quick 4 bucks. And I come to you feeling entitled to more muffins because I gave you 4 bucks.

That's not how this works. The creators get to do what they want; Yes you can complain as I'm sure if they want to please the maximum amount of people they want to hear all the complaints.

But they can't make the perfect game for everyone. There will always be flaws because production/money costs are a thing.


People these days can only see things from their own perspective. Try putting yourself in the shoes of others once in a while.

You weren't banned, you were actually suspended from TRMK. Suspensions are temporary, bans are permanent.

I really hope Rain is playable, as he was one of my favourite characters in MK9 and in general I think the more ninja characters the better -- so long as they're properly fleshed out of course, which it seems they will be in MKX as they seem to be amalgamating a few characters to make the most of these new fighting variations.

I'm new here by the way, so hi. :)

Really looking forward to MKX. Trying to read/watch every piece of info I can. :D

You and [MENTION=5186]Goddess[/MENTION] are two of the best posters on this site, and as far as I'm aware, the only two females here besides [MENTION=1324]Jade[/MENTION] and the now banned Sonya Bland. Unless Bland was posing as a woman, who knows.
 
Bland was a male who was convinced that he was somehow a female. Some others here knew him from a different forum.
 
I dislike the blacklist system on TRMK. I black listed someone once, and I'm a curious guy. And when they post next to you and you black listed them. It still shows their post just covered up with a "wanna see? click here" and my curiousity is always going to get me.

Make them completely invisible.
That way I can completely forget that person exists and talk around them. Facebook does it much better. Not saying it's an easy task for the site creator. Just a small thing I noticed.

Worse than that. Bland was a male convinced he wasn't human but a female from an unknown species.

The day before he was banned it was hell. He was flaming every thread. Fortunately got banned.

I'm afraid he won't be trapped inside the amulet for so long.
