No matter what happens, I know there will be plenty of Tebow Time on Friday Night. I personally love Tebow. I will always root for and defend Tebow. His numbers and stats aren't the sexiest, but he has a history of winning and is a proven leader. That said, Brady ain't going nowhere, and will spank the AFC East for yet another season.

Guess I'll have to wait until midnight Saturday morning to catch the Saints @ Raiders. I like what I saw from Rob Ryan's defense, and he's the DC I've wanted since Gregg Williams flew the coup. I think Ryan is perfect for the Saints, and am very optimistic this season. Stay fat, hairy and angry, Rob! We love ya!

Matt Barkley will be the starting Eagles QB in 2-3 years. Give it time. Moreover, Kirk Cousins will be a starter somewhere in a few years. I'd love to have him take over for Drew Brees when the time comes.

The Chiefs and the Cardinals are going to complicate things this season. Alex Smith will light it up.

Goodbye, there's no place in Heaven for God's Quarterback, Tim. Go kick rocks. Too bad Belichick had to waste a summer training and preseason warm up spot on that hack. That said, Pats need to find a decent rookie to train up as a franchise quarterback for when Brady's arm finishes its process of fatiguing itself into nothingness a couple years from now.

Also, Mesko let go. WTH, Pats?!

Hopefully Tebow will wise up and agree to change positions. He's too good an athlete to not play in the NFL. He's just not a viable quarterback.

Give Tebow time. His career could mirror Kurt Warner, in that his abilities require years outside of the league to develop/refine. Even then, Tebow will never be an orthodox/traditional QB. But he doesn't need to be, because he gets the job done, and still won in the playoffs; haters can't rationalize that fact/reality away. I'm pulling for Tebow to come back someday. People will miss him when RGIII never plays a full season and Kaep's style injures him.

I know.......At least the Broncos are satisfied blowing their asses out after that stunning upset by Baltimore's determination in the AFC semi finals last season.

Since when did Manny Ramirez start playing football? I thought he got cut by the Texas Rangers recently...

I guess that's Manny being Manny!

Thanks Baltimore D!

Denver's offense is gonna be really good; it was already scary before, but now w/ Julius Thomas as another option I can't see how you can stop that offense. The only weakness I see is their RB position, and their RB's aren't even bad lol. Their O-Line (even after losing some players) is still top-notch too.

Eagles D doesn't have a bye week until week 12 right?

Good cause I sure as hell ain't putting Baltimore D in ever again
That asswhooping

Baltimore should've kept Ed Reed.

Two reasons why they couldn't

1) Flacco contract
2) Salary cap

With the way the Salary cap is (especially since this is a hard cap, which means teams are not permitted to exceed it under ANY circumstances, on pain of severe consequences, including loss of draft picks), and the way quarterbacks are being paid (I believe the current market value is in the 9-figure range), there was no way the Ravens could lock up their franchise quarterback (who, if I'm not mistaken, was scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent this off-season) and take care of the rest of their free agents. Since the NFL is a quarterback-driven league now more than ever, Flacco was the highest priorty, especially given the fact that he is the reigning Super Bowl MVP.

And besides, keeping Ed Reed wouldn't have impacted this game anyway. LC probably knows more about this than I do, but I believe he's listed on this week's injury report, and may miss this week.

He practiced for the Texans for the first time Tuesday. They're saying he's unlikely to play for us Monday. So if he was still with the Ravens there's no way in hell he'd have played last night.

@Tarkatan Trash

Yeah, you're right. Still, this team was hit hard in the off season. They looked flustered on both sides of the ball. The running game was non-existent and I don't know what the heck the D was doing. I'm not saying they can't recover from this but have a lot of work to do.

I expect Ray Rice to be 85% of their offense this season.

The Ravens were right to part ways with Ed Reed. However, they screwed the pooch by letting Paul Krueger go. When a retard like Terrell Suggs is the key vet and de facto leader of your Defense, you're going to have a bad time.

So much for that $120 Million Quarterback. Dallas Clark did not make a good case as a key target/weapon; he had at least two Touchdown opportunities, and screwed the pooch. Perhaps he wasn't prepared to be a key component, considering that he wasn't relied heavily upon in Tampa Bay.

The Bengals are looking better already. I already had them winning the AFC North; last night solidified my prediction.

Baltimore should have kept a lot of people haha. I still think they'll be a decent team though.

Jets got so lucky winning; one bone-head play from a defender pretty much mucked the Bucs' win. Geno played pretty well though.
