Lol, but not even Noob's role can have more criticality than Critical_Limit.
Actually his story follows along those lines in the MK11 sequel
. In MK10 though, he is one of the generals of Shinnok's armies. He leads the Brotherhood of Shadow into Outworld fight a battle there. He kills both Sheeva and Goro. However he later retreats back into the netherealm when the earthrealm forces arrive at the battle scene.

Fujin vs Shinnok- Stipulation: Survive the battle for 90 seconds while Fujin does only 40% of his normal damage.

Fujin and Raiden vs 20 Brotherhood of the Shadow, 10 Hellbeasts, and 10 Tarkatans - Stipulation: Attack power gets reduces every 20 seconds and it stacks unless you tag switch.

Just read through the initial part of the story again and thought we can add two chapters or probably more based on evil/neutral characters before VFD's chapter 6 on Fujin.
The first chapter is based on Reiko where shinnok tests him to see if he is worthy enough to join forces with Shinnok.

Reiko vs 10 brotherhood of the shadow
Reiko vs Noob Saibot
Reiko vs Scorpion
The next chapter is based on Liu kang, as per the events in the story. Perhaps this chapter can immediately succeed chapter 6 since its events happen after the elder god's palace gets attacked.

Liu Kang vs Special forces agents
Liu Kang vs White lotus society warriors

On the Reiko match-ups, the stipulation I'll put are as follows:
Reiko vs 10 Netherrealm Oni - Stipulation: Cannot use any special moves.
Reiko vs 10 Brotherhood of the Shadow - Stipulation: Must defeat each enemy with Shuriken Barrage
Reiko vs Scorpion - Stipulation: Scorpion attack damage increases every 2 seconds and it stacks up.
As for Liu Kang:
Liu Kang vs Shaolin Monks, Special Forces and White Lotus Warriors - Stipulation: Liu Kang's health deceases every 2 seconds. Attack the opponent to regain any health back.

@Armon24: I would love to see an animated movie based on this. It would be like dream come true for me. Also guys, do check out Armon's revision of the story as well, all credit for that goes to him.

(cutscene: a cinematic intro which shows how and why Shinnok defected, his encounter with Raiden and his banishment to the Netherealm. Then the scene switches to his torture there by lucifer, the arrival of Quan Chi and how he overthrew Lucifer and became the ruler of the netherealm
A slight pause and we are back to where MK9 ended, Raiden speaks with Sonya and Cage, assigning them their duties. Sonya goes on her way to track down the black dragon clan members and the following fights ensue)

Stipulation: Johnny Cage's specials and combo ender does a 150% damage boost, but the player loses control of him for 3 seconds.
(cutscene: after the battle Johnny loses control of his powers and destroys everything around him. It comes to Raiden's attention and he contacts Bo Rai Cho for his help and ask both of them to travel to Seido. There Bo Rai Cho trains him and utilzez Seidan guardsmen for training purposes)

Raiden explains to him all the events and tests him in a fight to see if he is in fact strong enough to be worthy of being with the forces of light. They travel to the Nexus after that searching for Shujinko and shujinko emerges from the Netherealm portal along with a few brotherhood of the shadow. Kai engages them)

Pretty good so far. I thought of some stipulations for both Johnny Cage and Kenshi:
For the Johnny Cage vs Red Dragon Members, his specials and combo ender does a 150% damage boost, but the player loses control of him for 3 seconds.
As for Kenshi vs Ermac, none of Kenshi's telekinetic attacks will do any damage against Ermac.
As for Ashrah, whenever she uses the Kriss against the denizens of the Netherrealm, she does double damage, but she's limited to 5 attempts with the weapon.
