As the king of trolling, I hope the character revealed in the next Kombat Kast actually is Blanche. That would really shoot ALL of the leaks down.

If I could pick one character no one would really expect it'd be Kintaro. I think it'd be awesome to have a Shokan on the base roster, and I think he'd look awesome in this game. We had Goro in X so I think we could have Kintaro in 11.

I absolutely do not expect it to happen (I don't think we'll get a Shokan in this game) but it'd be pretty left-field and would also be something not covered by the Steam leak - no one would expect Kintaro.
 
In all honesty though, I think it's going to be a double "reveal" with Jade AND Kitana.

Derek, Tyler and Boon are all hyping up the "Fan" favorite thing along with the color green.
Wouldn't kount Kitana not showing up today, just yet.
 
Maybe when Derek teased "Fan Favorite" he meant the favorite of someone who uses fans, aka Kitana's best friend Jade (sounds dumb but I could see that being the case).
 
I'm gonna say her primary might be conservative but her alternate skins plus gear might go in a more revealing direction.
