KANO confirmed by German Gamepro

I know he's a favorite, but honestly I think Kano, Sonya and Jax have the least interesting sub story out of everyone so I'm not too excited to see him. I think he looks good, I'm digging the post apocalyptic vibe but there are many other characters I'd rather see return. Considering we have Cassie Cage, I'll honestly be pissed if Johnny cage and Sonya take up two roster spots.
 
Agreed.
He does have the least interesting story, at least up until now.

That being said though, Cassie killing Kano for good in MK X (something that her mother never did), as a revenge type of story for killing 1 of her parents would really ADD to Kano's story in this game.
He would actually have a reason to be in, if that's the case, as opposed to MK9, where his role could have been done by any of the numerous crime syndicates in this world.

I dont think Kano will necessarily has a NEW fatality but in sure he will have another Variation of his Classic Heart Rip like he did in MK9. But i do agree i think he should have a new fatality in his Moves. Considering he looks more like a Merc now, i say he due for one.

Agreed.
I was kinda hoping that we'd see an eye laser Fatality in MK9, but maybe we'll get to see it now in MK X, since there's better gore technology, this time around.

Yeah since he's gonna be in it, I'm hoping they actually do something with his story to make it matter. I hated his whole selling guns to the out world creatures part was. It was so stupid and ridiculous looking.

Who says magic is stronger than weapons? Pretty sure a nuke would one shot Shao Kahn.

Fact is, the MK combatants on the main roster are all far above average warriors - the weapons weren't for them; they were for the fodder who were nowhere near as strong as the roster characters.

Kano's arms dealing was not stupid. You just have to look at things from a wider perspective.
 
I know that the Tarkatans needed the weapons, but Kano being the one to sell them didn't make him a major character.

Lol wow thanks, that makes sense. I actually didn't take into consideration that it was for the foot soldiers lol
