If You Was Netherealm..

It's just an expression when people just like the normal things and aren't into anything kinky. :P
I'm just making funnies, please don't be offended, I like you. :3

I am not 'bland'
I am just not into Sex-based RPG games. Maybe if you talked to me about this 7 years ago, but nowadays I've got other kinks.

Anyway, back on topic.
Are people really expecting an InJustice 2 from NRS?
I always thought maybe Ed would drop the series after the first, but seeing as it was successful and they left it on a cliffhanger, I can see them making another one.
But would people really want one?

I have a better idea...

Outsource Injustice to another WB-owned studio, and Maddenize MK.

They can maddenize Kombat passes. That will keep the game relevant long past Injustice 2.

The only thing I would do is just see if there's a possibility of creating a new adventure game, and maybe have it be Telltale. Borderlands, Tales from the Vault is so freaking fun. I'm sure if they were to ever combine this kind of play and Mortal Kombat, it could be a very fun game.

That and create the "Art of Mortal Kombat" book. Showcasing all the concepts and such from the first Mortal Kombat to the present.

Somebody bounced the idea of an MK lore encyclopedia like many other popular franchises have. It could double as an art book.

Don't you like new MK games coming out as frequently as they used to?

I don't like annual franchises in general. You get burnt out and want a break from the series, but a new game is always on the horizon. It doesn't give you time to get excited. Just a groan of continuity.

I'd rather have them take their time on the game rather than constantly produce Mortal Kombat games every year that will most likely be half-assed. I don't want Armageddon part 2 happening anytime soon.

I'd buy it, I definitely would!

I actually DO want them to go back to Injustice. But I want something more like Justice League Dark where there were more magical characters. After watching Constantine and really thinking about how interesting Injustice was, I felt that Constantine not being on the roster was a real missed opportunity. Nothing like a drunk Brit charming you with a slight of hand, just to kick you in the nuts later on.

How about MK every 2 years? That's reasonable, isn't it?

I'd settle for every 5 years. Reason being... fighting games are supposed to last. I mean... Street Fighter 4. Look how many years that's been around. Same should happen to MKX until 5 years later, MK11 becomes a thing. Let MKX ride.

Every 5 years is FAR too long of a wait.
