Well, if they are having another batch of DLCs or two, they are probably going to hold off on the requested characters.
It's just business. They'll probably have one of the most requested characters be the first DLC character, so people will buy the season pass, thinking the rest will be the same. Then they'll have less requested characters too, maybe even another guest.
I hope so, but I don't know about Ed Boon's common sense sometimes.
I mean, Ed Boon even got a bit annoyed at the amount of Tremor requests, yet he flat-out says "NO" on Twitter.
If you're getting SO MANY requests for a character, that it starts getting annoying, wouldn't your first instinct be:
"That's the next DLC then?"
"That character is going to sell like hot-cakes."
Or would you just say "NO" to all that money?
Unless he's saving some of these characters for MK 10, it just doesn't make sense business-wise.
