It's not shade lmao! It's just a fact! Jade and Mileena were palette swaps. Tanya was built off a scrapped Kitana model and again in this game they gave her Kitana's stance as a placeholder. They were built off Kitana like the male ninjas were built off Sub-Zero/Scorpion. It's not a bad thing! These are my favorite characters in the series and I'm not insulting Tanya or any of the others by saying this.

Sindel's costume is definately inspired by Kitana's design.

Leotard, check.
Long gloves, check.
Thigh-high boots, check.

But I see that as the femme Edenian style rather than a "ninja" style.
Hence why Tanya wears something alike as well, as she is a female Edenian.

Using 'She was just scrap for Kitana's model' as an argument is an insult to fans everywhere. You, being a Tanya fan, should know this off the bat.

I said she was built off a scrapped model! Not that she was scrap. I'm glad they scrapped Kitana for MK4 and gave us an amazing new character instead. She's only separated farther and farther since then, but I think she's clearly part of the Kitana swap 'set' with Mileena and Jade -- who are also wonderful characters. I actually prefer all three to Kitana. I don't have a problem with palette swaps, and loved these characters back in 2D when they were literally just recolors.

Anyone else pissed that Tanya and Jade aren't in the same game with rivalry dialogue?
Jade/Tanya have been rivals forever. Sucks that the only game that shows off rivalry banter includes only one.

I find this very disappointing, yes. Especially since the Kitana/Mileena dialogues are great.

I do like Tanya's new rivalry with Kotal Kahn, though -- it puts her on an important footing in this new timeline. If she returns for MKXI (fingers crossed!) I hope that relationship is further developed. It sounds like they knew each other before she freed Mileena.

I'm not pissed, but rather disappointed. Mostly because Jade isn't in MKX, but I'll take Tanya then. ^^
The Jade/Tanya rivalry felt rather forced though. I can understand why Jade would hate Tanya for betraying their realm, but why would Tanya care about what Jade thinks? Kitana and Sindel would hate Tanya for the same reasons, so it is more Tanya VS all three of them than just Tanya VS Jade.

It always felt like it was Jade who was making it personal, to me. Tanya was just doing her thing and Jade kept showing up to try to foil her plans. It was like "why are you so obsessed with me??"

Yes.
Kotal and Tanya..Eh..I'd much rather prefer Jade vs Tanya though.
Kotal and Tanya must have some history. Tanya is the only person who mentions him by his full name and is a normal returning character.

Tanya has no release date but it was said a long time ago like on a kast when there was still 4 more variations to go through that Tanya would be in the end of June.
Don't take my word on it.

If you mean the order,
It's Jason, then Tanya. Predator isn't next

I do know for a fact that Ed said that all DLC characters would be here either by or during august.
Don't remember everything he said. It wasn't exactly recently.

They just shadily ignore any MK DLC Chars.
They know that guest characters will make the big bucks.
I don't really expect Tanya or Tremor to have a trailer either.
