Keep in mind, some of these fatalities are fairly old and may have changed once the game is released.

Sub-Zero has three fatalities... you can watch it here. Along with every intro, poses, vignettes, trailers, mkasts, etc.

The spine rip one isn't official, it was made just for the GTTV episode when the presenter got to mocap a fatality, you can't say they put in two spine rips or that they scrapped the much more extreme spine rip for the traditional one, for definate

Also I was re-reading "Steve Beran Details Fatality" and he says that some characters have more than 2 Fatality's and I'm thinking that there not DLC.
"we wanted to make sure there were a ton of fatalities for all of the iconic warriors in the game (with two fatalities, minimum, for every character)"

I can't wait to see jax's arm rip/head clam, it was one of my favorites from MK2.

I just hope it's arm rip followed by head clap, not the other way around. Kind of pointless to tear off someone's arms after they're already dead.

Boon originally said that it was arms before head on the GameTrailers video introducing Jax, but that wouldn't make any since.

They need to show or at least describe one fatality from each fighter in the character select screen before the game comes out. NRS, please show or describe one of Jade's official fatalities!!!

You forgot Sheeva's Skin Rip fatality.
Since we can obviously trust Lupinko's leaks(Kano licking knife, arena during merging with Outworld).

Boon implied in an interview (forget where... Giant Bomb?) that there would be a stage fatality for the Living Forest. This was very early in the development cycle, however. Just food for thought.
