I think it's official and is one of the klassic fatalities that will come along with the klassic costumes.
 
I wonder if I Mileena will also have a classic fatality if I pre-order at Wal-Mart. If so, I hope it's her Nail Spit.

I always thought that was a real lame fatality, personally. I know she has a big mouth, but that wouldn't really help against the nails stabbing your mouth. Especially since she eats them before she shoots them.
