Injustice 2 Media and Discussion Thread!

Bane was my main in Injustice 1, glad to see he's returning. I am gonna wait till May till I play this game. Got my hands full with Gears of War 4, Left 4 Dead 2 and Borderlands 2.

So I assume this games setting is in the Regime universe. Gonna be interesting to see how the campaign goes.
 
Have any normal people gotten beta codes yet? So far I've only seen E-Celebrities, despite NRS's "4 waves" of codes.

Bane looks sick though.

Scorch has one but so far this is the only person from this site that has a code that I know of. Tym was giving out codes but getting one is luck of the draw.
 

Huh... I did not expect to see him join, now that Poison Ivy was confirmed. I can see they use him alot as a transform character, something I could imagine Clayface would be able to do as well. I honestly would rather have Clayface than Swamp Thing, but I know alot of people have wanted Swamp Thing, so I guess this works.

Now I really can't wait to see how Poison Ivy will play out, to see the difference in their gameplay. Having 2 plant characters in the same game... well, let's see how that works out.

Also... those wings? Is that typically part of his character? So maybe he will be able to fly as well, though they didn't show it in the video.
 
Swamp Thing looks dope!, I would say I'm surprised but he has been heavily requested since the first Injustice so it makes sense that they add him in here, my only question is how are they gonna explain his revival after getting roasted in hell during Injustice Year 3?
 
I have a beta code, been playing this past week. Made an account at tym to try and snag an extra code for someone if it was possible but apparantly tym is filled with crybabies. Asked someone if they come across an extra code to let me know, but get to everyone else first. Then they start ing about people having accounts for years without a code. As if i didnt just say get to them first. Are people that dense?

I could see Clayface being a shader for Swamp. He looks hella cool, but nrs trailers are always so awkward. They really have this practice mode vibe of "alright, now I'm gonna do this. Ready?" It makes the game look so much more clunky than it actually is

Plus he just used Ex move and then did super. I know its not supposed to make me cringe to think about the meter management during a trailer but I still did

Man there doing rapid fire reveals at this point, I was only expecting one character reveal today! Ivy looks a whole lot better in game than in that render (which I somewhat figured), also seems like that was the first bit of story mode we've seen so far, looks pretty good too.

surprisingly enough, the select screen this time is wrong and it looks like we'll get 31 characters on launch, plus 9 DLC for a total of 40 characters which is quite brilliant

thing is, even with the leak, one character is missing. we have:

Wow, nice find, I guess this means that leaked list was on point. But jesus what happened to Scarecrow, I mean I know he's dead in Injustice verse but still (though it does look kinda cool).
 
So far, Scarecrow is only shown to be in the Mobile Game version. He isn't confirmed to be in the console version... and he might not be. We'll have to wait and see.
