Makes sense. First game he dedicates a character to her. By the forth game, he names a backstabber bish (what makes her awesome by the way) after his other. I suspect there's atleast the slightest bit of inspiration from their personalities.

What proof do you have of that?
Also, she didn't sleep with Goro.
She used him for her evil and made a false alliance with him and then discarded him like garbage after Kotal Kahn nearly destroyed him.
Reiko is the only 1 that she slept with, as he fooled her into believing that he was in love with her, to steal information.

She ALWAYS slept with Baraka. Johnny Cage even said so in the pre-fight intros. I have reason to believe she slept with Goro due to the manner in which she associates with him. MKSM even implied that she slept with Reptile (very little of MKSM is considered canon, but her own reputation certainly makes this a possibility). And she may have even been sleeping with Rain.

Mileena is a fictional character. Unless those who created her states she has had intimate relations with several people, she hasn't. The only one they have confirmed Mileena have ever been with is Reiko. Sleeping with one man does not a slut make.
