Same as Scorpion's alt could be named Hanzo Hasashi. Don't know of it does but it would make sense, it's Kuai Liang.

Because it's Kuai Liang outside of the usual Sub-Zero uniform. That's really it. It's already confirmed as not Bi-Han.

No Arcade Ladder ending is canon unless proven otherwise in the next game.

It's definitely Kuai Liang. In Scorpion's chapter of story mode Scorpion and Sub-Zero talk about Bi Han's death.
