half the reason I still play this game over and over is cause of the music.

and @Maatthew, that DKC track you posted is on my all time favorites too. I literally get a rush of emotions listening to that one. Powerful stuff.

I love Assassin's Creed soundtrack, specially AC2's soundtrack, it's just amazing, I can't even describe it:

This is a performance of the themes from MGS2 and 3, this is one of my favorite videos on youtube, I could watch this every day:

This one is just for fun, here's some backstory: during my final year of college, my room mate and I used to play Mario Golf on the N64 all the time, the only course we played was Toad Highlands because we liked the music so much, here it is (notice that the bird sound effects for the game were just part of the music track):

MGS music in general is one of the best imo; I have most of MGS music in my Ipod :)

Another one just came to mind, Revenge of Shinobi!







I love my Sega Genesis :P
