PS3 European users, please BOYCOTT the DLC.

I see your point, but MS points here in europe always cost the same, regardless of current currency values.

800 ms points always costs 10 euro's here.

400 points (US) - 400 points (EU) sounds alot more decent even taking into consideration the current USD to EUR value.

So, if 400 MS points in Europe is 5 euro's, then we PS3 owners pay, in MS points: 560

eu xbox owners: 400 points (€5)
eu PS3 owners: 560 points (€7)

Nothing anyone can say will justify this difference. God I wish Sony used a points system too......

Sorry, but I have a sore ass from being raped so hard with this.......

Yeah, but I meant: Usually the DLC (in fact,. most products anywhere) goes like 1$-1€, and in Microsoft Points work exactly like that (800 points -10$-10 €). Well, but this discussion won't lead us anywhere anyways, we better take care of letting WB know our frustration :)

Yup, I just hope they'll say "shweeesh, sorry there was a mistake in MK DLC pricing", as they usually say (trust me I've seen a lot of these "little" mistakes with Rock Band DLC). They don't even get you a refund, also. Hence why it's better to wait/not buy them at all.

They did give refunds in Beyond Good and Evil...

And that my friend is the whole point.

As I said 5 dollars to 5 euros isn't a problem for us. We are used to pay more. We expected that, but 5 dollars to 7 euro's is a different story. That's not paying more, that's paying double.

The $ -> € replacement isn't the problem.

This is what we expected $ -> €
This is the ******** we got $ -> € +2

I hope you see our main problem now. Not to point the finger at WB or Sony, i actually don't give a flying tot who's to blame, just the fact that we get shafted so hard, it's starting to hurt.....
+repped you for your endless patience. You're a good man, sir!

You telling me we've been arguing for something we agree on? :P

Yes.............. (dammit)

Ok, long story short.

We dont mind paying a bit extra like our EU xbox friends.

But we DO mind paying 2 euro's more then our EU xbox friends for no apparant reason.

We pay 100% more than US owners and 40% more then EU xbox owners.

We just want equal treatment but instead we're being treated like pariah's. Why?

Someone ****ed up bigtime.

Wow a response, not a good one but a response from them

"To clarify the posted price of the Classic Skins pack on PSN is incorrect and is currently being rectified to £3.19 for UK users and €3.99 for European users.
"All users will have access to the compatibility pack and free classic skins – Cyrax and Sektor - once Skarlet is available."
That's more like it!

"Unfortunately, due to some technical issues, the Mortal Kombat Skarlet DLC will not be available to PSN users in Europe until next week," Mortal Kombat publisher Warner Bros. has told Eurogamer in a new statement.
FFS!

I think it's fair to say that LunaticSoul deserves at least some credit for this. If it wasn't for this post, lots of people wouldn't have complained about this on the PS Blog, tweets etc.

Here's a cookie!

I paid full ****ing price for the thing, i HOPE i get the amount refunded to PSN Wallet.
Hope been a key word and word that is so vague and means so little

You will get a refund, just like those beyond good and evil buyers. It's only fair. That said, you're a bit of a tosser for paying this stupid price though..... :P

BTW: Don't get accostumed to cheaper DLC -- pretty sure it'¡s to make up for the waiting and wrong pricing, and specially the rage :P

I think they won't make us pay more for Skarlet than the others, as now it seems like they "intend" to make us pay as much as US users. I expect Skarlet to be 4.99, no more.

Hi guys,

So it's all a big mistake hey? I am at work so cannot access PS3. Can anyone confirm what price it is saying now?

Is this confirmed that price will be reduced to £3.19?

Thanks

My CONCLUSION:

Those who have a doubt about the purpose of this thread please disappear. You want to be passive than stay passive and don't try to convince other to do so. The issue is simple enough and hell knows why you are trying to make it more difficult. People have their rights to show their strong dissatisfation with the DOUBLE PRICING and again you are trying to prove them wrong? I might ask what purpose is served by that? To protect Sony the big corporation who cares about its profits not about the consumers? That is not balancing on the borderline, that is crossing it...

Thank you
