Just kidding!
The difference will be refunded.

You'll get 3 euro or 2,30 pounds back.

The petition was larger than you may think. TYM, gamefags, playstation blog, playstation forums, twitter, emails at WB and Sony and who knows where else. Eventually it went beyond the forums. Gaming sites started posting articles "SCEE screws EU consumers" and WB came out of it's shell claiming that it was an error... lolYou guys seem so sure the small handful of people in this or another forum was enough to change their minds? I thought they said it was a mistake. I'm not taking away from your victory but I think it really was a calculation error. I've seen a company accidentally sell tvs that costed 499 for 4.99 on accident on the web.
Sorry but your point been what? Deal with it and have to pay an unfair amount?
We were all right to complain and voice our opinions on the matter and low and behold look what happens, price gets reduced.
Again hard to say if no one had complained would the price have stayed the same
well that's funny! someone repped me down with "deal with it" too. you were not contributing anything usefull to this thread so i asked you to leave.
****ing trolls

With Beyond Good and Evil, which was also posted at the incorrect price, you had to contact customer services to apply for a refund. I would imagine the same applies here.
well there phone number costs, so, by the time i explain everything about the refund the 2.50 would be spent on the phone anyway, really should have waited my own fault i guess :/ thanks anyway u guys have been very helpful! love the site gonna spend my life on here lol, Lee
This is a triumph for some of us, not those who bought the dlc anyway, they did nothing and to now whinge that they should get a refund is quite laughable. If you bought the dlc early and before really checking the price or reading any of the many forum complaints (it's not just this website) then I excuse you, but if you did read any of this and then still bought it, you really are quite astounding that you now have the gall to say you should get a refund. Effectively you decided to laugh and sneer at those of us saying it was wrong and get your dlc piece of action and now you want what others have reaped.
Having said all that, we may never know whether the quite large buzz this upset created on the net actually did anything. It may have been a mistake, it may not, the fuss created may have made them change their minds or the 'error', but they may of course genuinely have made a mistake and corrected it anyway. BUT the people who paid for the dlc can definitely know their purchace power most definitely did not bring about this change. Our boycott and the internet fuss just might have.
That Skarlett is still delayed after promises and the last dlc delay and new promises is still a bit laughable and does suggest somebody at SCEE or whoever does the dlc is a bit of an incompetant idiot.
I would also now like those people who came on this thread to try and explain and justfiy (in very poor and ignorant ways) why EU PSN users should pay more than everyone else to take a moment to actually realise they were wrong.
Finally to those idiots who still seem to be struggling to understand what a boycott is. You see, when you spend money on a company you are supporting it, you are agreeing with what it does by helping to keep it going (in small ways, but that is how these things work). Historically organising boycotss of companies products has brought about many changes, if a boycott is large enough, by not buying their products you force them to look at a way to change so that you will buy, ultimately they want you to buy. A boycott does not need to be permanent, most of us in this case are not saying we will sell our ps3's and buy an xbox. Boycotting has long been a way for people who pay to use their collective customer power to get what they want from a company who wants as much of their money as they can. Effectively people boycott all the time, people often don't choose the ideal car they want because it is too expensive, this is why companies are forced into making cheaper cars, they want your money, if everyone bought the most expensive cars companies wouldn't bother to make cheaper options.

Now, can we start a petition to get rid of the dumb-ass babalities and replace them with the brutalities that 'almost' made it?![]()
