What game are you playing right now?

Still playing Dead by Daylight for the most part; kind of obsessed. I think I'll have to start using keyboard/mouse for certain things in that game though..since there's no option to change camera sensitivity with the controller (it's slow). Kinda sucks, but oh well. I want a higher rank lol.

I wonder if this game will die once Friday the 13th comes out..

Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition (2011) on my PS3! For the first time in a long ass time.
After 2 years with a broken PS3, my brother fixed it for me.
Probably the highlight of my year.

Is there a new Resident Evil game coming out? I was at Walmart the other day and I seen something not sure if it's a brand new game or like a side game. I know there's a New RE movie coming out I think by the end of the year.

Yes there is: RE 7. I think the movie coming out is in cgi too..so that shouldn't be horrible like the live action ones.

Madden 17. I haven't played a Madden Game since 25, and that was trash. Before then (minus the N64 Maddens) I only played '05 and '07, the later being trash. I can truly say, Madden 17 has to be the best Madden game I've ever played in my life. I'm not a fan of Sports games nor sports in General, but I know 100% for sure that I'm going to put more hours into this game than I have with Smackdown vs Raw 2006, which is the sports game that I've played the longest.

I meant the original version.

I have to take back what I said though. I enjoyed Hot Shots Tennis as well, although NBA Jam has been so ingrained in memory.

Ah, I see.
The last sports game that I thoroughly enjoyed was Blitz: The League II.
That was when Midway still had the rights to it, a little after EA decided that they wanted a Monopoly on all things NFL.
I refuse to give EA any money for sports games.
It would only further encourage their half-assed yearly Madden updates since '06.

Honestly, I think the sports audience (not you of course) are partly to blame for the games being cranked out with short development cycles. They gotta have the latest game with the updated roster. It's no wonder why I see so many copies of Madden games at stores that sell used games.

While I agree with you and get what you mean, EA is also to blame for the monopoly on the NFL, as well.
I understand that they're a business and need to shell out a new yearly game at $60 to keep revenue coming in, but from a consumer perspective they could also just make 1 game (like Harmonix did with Guitar Hero II) and update the game via DLC update rosters for $20.
Given that Madden has felt the same since '06, something like that could work.
Again, EA won't do a business model like that because... well... they're EA.

06 is when the NFL monopoly began.

Also, the NFL is also responsible for the EA monopoly as well. They have been known to engage in exclusive contracts; case in point, NFL Sunday Ticket.

Yup.
That's why I said:

When EA got monopoly over NFL games with the Madden franchise, that's the point where EA rested on their laurels and half-assed the remaining football games.
Hence, why I stopped buying Madden games after '06 - '07 and just play it every so often at my cousin's house.
I refuse to pay $60 for a yearly roster change, with little to no improvements to the overall formula.
For that, I'll just continue enjoying Blitz: The League II.

I've been playing through Watch Dogs again. Really not that bad of a game. The story is great. Very little to do afterwards though. Only complaint.

I'm just biding my time until Skyrim HD!

Anyone reccomend Fallout 4? I've played Oblivion and Skyrim. Played a little New Vegas before the disc broke. Was wondering about that game.
