Well, at least unlike 3D cinema there'd be literally no crosstalk between the two different views and you aren't forcing the eye to see two separate images out of one. So there'd be less eyestrain with it & other problems 3D cinema has.
Also, any prior VR experience is highly outdated.
As for health risks like getting an aneurysm. That reminds me of how some people think one'd get cancer from soaking up the rays from a TV. I doubt there's any link from to having strokes or aneurysms and VR at any rate.
Also that pic of the guy in the lingerie is just nasty.
