Tekken Thread: All things Tekken related

^I'll be training hard until this game comes out. Then me and Shira will team up and beat everyone in xbox live. And i do mean everyone
 
I've been watching a lot of Tekken Tag 2 footage and I gotta say, I haven't been this pumped for a Tekken game in a while. I'm gonna legitimately try to learn this game. Doesn't hurt that one of my favorite streams (Avoiding the Puddle) usually features Tekken 6 and will probably end up featuring TTT2 too.
 
Ugh, I want to pre-order this soooo bad, but I don't trust the game shop here, they already went into administration once this year.

A dumbass calendar and some dumbass content that I never bothered to redeem because they wanted you to go to Tekken.com and do all this shit just so you could get your dumbass code.

In short, it was a dumbass idea.
 
Wow. Seeing a high level Jack is so damn fun to watch.

Competitive Tekken matches are the only matches I can watch. Everything else bores me :?

I watch tournament streams of nearly every fighting game except Tekken 6.
Usually because it bores me to just see Bryans & Bobs, but that video was somethin else son.

Oh hell yeah lol I never watch Bob matches because it's always Bob vs Bob.

I love watching a good Miguel too. That's entertaining and of course a good Lars.

And a good Steve? Sheeeeeeeeeeeet.

 
If you guys wanna watch some pro Tekken players with funny commentary, I'd definitely recommend Levelupyourgame's youtube channel. My favorite series of their's is Bogus Journeys, which is similar to Cross-Counter's Excellent Adventures but with Tekken 6 (and probably TTT2 in the future). The best Bougus Journey eps imo though are the ones with Aris and Tasty Steve. Those dudes are friggin hilarious :rofl: Aris's Armor King and Dragunov are pretty sick too.











I can watch these vids everyday and never get tired of em :love:

Steve's first round comeback against Law was nice, usually against a Law I'm getting beat, he knows them combos in Shira's video.
 
Awesome, I wonder who'll you pick up (Other than Asuka & Julia) (BTW I heard Julia is one of the hardest characters in the game)

I am looking forward to TTT2 I can't wait to play as Jinpachi. Yoshimitsu will probably be my second, if not Devil Jin.
