I think there are five reactions here:

1. NO! IT'S BI-HAN! ALL OF THEM ARE BI-HAN! KUAI LIANG'S TIME HAS PASSED!
2. OH C'MON! IT'S KUAI LIANG! ALL OF THEM! BI-HAN DIED AS NOOB!
3. Both brothers, for thousands of reasons, Bi-Han (the one we've seen so far on the game), Kuai Liang (comics and on "Ermac's selfie")
4. New Sub-Zero! Brothers = partner. THE BROTHERS ARE DEAD!

Remember Sub-zero's first and second costume in MK9? Remember how they had different voices (not including shared intro)? now there are three variations, think of it. there are three sub-zeros in the game, hence the sea of sub-zeros remark.

How? simple. Look at scorpion's variations. he has hellfire, demon whatever and ninjutsu. his ninjutsu variation represents him as a "hanzo" freed from "scorpion". different variations represent characters at different times throughout story mode. Some playable, some fought against.

Let's say that you are right about variations, something that I don't doubt, specially because I think that too.

Wouldn't that make Bi-Han AND Kuai Liang possible to be playable IYO (lol)?

I believe Sub-Zero is Bi-han.
I also believe that the next reveal will be Cyber Tundra.
There will be zero 3d era characters.
All new characters will be offspring of older generation fighters.
Tanya and Rain will be deconfirmed from ever appearing in any future MK games.

yup. I've been saying it since day one, but no one listened. as soon as i started saying it was neither of the old sub-zeros everyone paid attention. i think there are two or three different sub-zeros in MKX. always have

Yup.
According to his logic, Bi-Han could be 1, Kuai could be 1 and a new Sub-Zero could be the 3rd variation.

To tell you the truth, I remember being said, but I couldn't assure it was you (you know, nicknames), so I asked to be sure it was you!

This theory is different. I would risk saying that the most demonic form of Scorpion would fit better on the Netherrealm War. The hellfire, just an angrier version of him. And i agree with you that ninjutsu fits better for his "Hanzo" status.

But being three Sub-Zero's is pretty different, because it would be three characters.

You know, Kitana has a variation where her mask is off. I believe Bi-Han AND Kuai Liang are in. So it would be cool if that dead Sub-Zero on Ermac's picture on Boon's twitter was a proper costume for that variation, making unique for Kuai Liang.

Also trying to pray on the irrational fears of trmk users.

- Sub-Zero does seem like Bi-Han (to me), too, but I guess we'll really find out when MKX comes out.

- Cyber Tundra, I don't agree with.
I'm more inclined to believe that Kuai would be human than I believe him being Cyborg again, for some reason.

- Zero 3D era characters?
I also doubt that.
Aside from Quan Chi, I do get the feeling that Kenshi will be in, but my hopes for Fujin and others are dwindling.
I've got an eerie feeling that the MKX roster (including DLC) will be MK9 / Trilogy characters, Reiko, 8 new characters and 2 guests.

I don't agree with this either.
Ferra / Torr, Kotal Kahn, D'Vorah and the bow wielding character don't seem to be related to anyone else.
I do think that Jacqui and Takeda will be playable though, as well as Erron Black, who doesn't seem to be related to anyone.

- Tanya and Rain being deconfirmed, I also agree with this.
As much as I liked using Rain in UMK3 and MK9, I don't really see Rain coming back.
As for Tanya, she started off as a maskless Kitana swap and Kitana clone, so I don't see a need for her either.

So the Sub-Zero from this trailer is clearly Kuai Liang: MK3 stripes, the scar and he looks like he is the grandmaster of the Lin Kuei. Since it's 25 years after MK9 maybe there will be Bi Han Sub-Zero in the first half of the story mode. Subs intros sometimes fit Bi Han and sometimes Kuai Liang.

This is how I wanted him in MK9's MK3 part of the story and not a fvcking refrigerator.

The unmasked Sub-Zero sounds different then the masked Sub-Zero so it must be Kuai Liang and Bi-Han.

The trailer pretty much confirms this Subzero as Bi Han.

-The revenants are still DEAD at the time in MKX past the 20 year mark. This is further confirmed as Cassie and Kung Jin (in there special forces uniforms) are facing off against the revenant Kitana and Sindel. If they are still dead, so is Kuai Lang.

-The Subz in the trailer has the scar (which occurred at the 5/15 year mark). The revenants are still dead at that point.

-Just because Kuai Lang had the costume, doesn't mean that is Kuai Langs costume. Remember, he only dressed up as Subzero, he is not the REAL subzero.

-To explain why the Subz in the gameplay we've seen has no scar, it must be an alternate of a new Subzero. Remember, intro dialogue is character specific, not costume specific.
