Not interested in online mode?
Yeah, but not that much if it's as unplayable as MK9's online was. I still enjoyed kicking some asses with my Ermac back then.
However I enjoy offline modes more, I was never an online player.
Not interested in online mode?
I am not joking. Here is what happens:
Spoiler:In Sonya's chapter during the Netherrealm war in a flashback Johnny Cage, Sonya and some soldiers are in the Brotherhood of Shadows lair searching for Quan Chi. He arrives. As they fight Revenant Jax stabs Johnny in the back and when Cage is dying he starts to grow in that lava and become a revenant. Raiden saves him.

Iv gotta disagree. There's no way that giant skeleton/Meat monster in Quan Chi's stage is Johnny Cage.
It's like 3 times bigger then Johnny.
Well, it is...
Spoiler:... in Story Mode, at least.
When was that explained? I highly doubt that giant ass monster is Johnny Cage
It looks like a generic monster they were too lazy to take out for story mode.
In Sonya's chapter.
Uhhhh, no it wasn't. Johnny Cage coming from the same hole the monster did =/= being that exact same monster.
In fact, you see that monster before Johnny even starts his transformation.
That meat monster is not Johnny Cage, it's a generic monster. It doesn't even look anything Johnny Cage.
It's how Quan Chi made the revenants, and he was going to do the same with Johnny. That's the explanation.
Again, just because Johnny Cage is being transformed in the same area that giant monster is, doesn't mean they're the same.
Seriously, look at that meat monster. It's not Johnny Cage. It's too big and looks nothing like him at all.
I don't even understand how it's debatable.
This is exactly what I thought about the stage brutalities thing, by the way.At least we bring explanations that are shown in Story Mode. You're not bringing anything to the table other than "No, I don't believe it".

Yes I am.
I told you, it looks nothing like him. It's too big and the face is completely off. Not to mention it's too big.
Then there's the fact that, in Sonya's chapter, you fight before Johnny is being turned into a reverent. And right in the middle of the stage is that big giant meat man.
If Johnny Cage isn't being turned into a zombie yet, then how is his zombie body emerging from that blood pit?
It doesn't make any sense.
Just look at the church stage in MK9. There was a Meat look-alike character in the background that had absolutely nothing to do with the story. It was just there to look cool. The same applies to this monster.
*attempts to lighten the situation* So guys isn't it kinda funny that the game isn't out yet, but a bunch of us can discuss story mode so in depth?

I explained what happened, and even when he provided you with a screenshot you initially didn't believe him.I'm not gonna trust your words without any sense of proof. LordRaiden did a good job in showing me that there was indeed at least one Stage Brutality.

At least twice - then, and again here now - you've said you don't trust me. I don't know why that would be the case, as I've never lied to anyone here.
I'm just pointing out the irony of your 'I don't believe you, that's not evidence!' position.
